Dr. Pepek is wonderful, and she has always given great care to both of my boys. The staff is likewise excellent. However, this office has serious scheduling issues. We have never been seen within an hour of our appointment time-it does not matter when I make the appointment, whether first thing in the morning or right after lunch, we always wait at least an hour, and have waited up to an hour and 45 minutes past our appointment time. I finally walked away today (an hour and 15 minutes past, and still waiting) and vowed to find a new office that respects my time. I understand occasional back-ups, but this is a consistent, constant problem with this office. Dr. Pepek is wonderful, and she has always given great care to both of my boys.
