Staff in Endocrinology & the Lab were very kind and took me in early. Dr. Camacho, as always, was charming and reassuring.

Knowledgeable about Osteoporosis. Pleasant upbeat experience with every visit. Fast in and out w/administration staff/parking. Staff and doctor answer questions quickly on MyLoyola.

My doctor is extremely knowledgeable and still makes her treatment of me easily understood. She is patient with me and answers my questions. I’ve been seeing her for more than 25 years.

Everyone (from check-in to check-out) was very efficient, pleasant and safe. Dr. Camacho's nurse was especially personable. And, of course, Dr. Camacho is always terrific. Thank you Dr. Camacho and Loyola staff!

Completely frustrating. saw her 6 months ago, and and asked her for a phone call if there were any issues on my test results. Never heard back, and assumed everything was fine. Turns out, there was an issue, which she leaves in an encrypted message about my test results. (Don't you love when they leave abrieviations that we would never understand?) Turns out I need more D and C, meanwhile I am fighting with my pharmacy to get my Rx's filled because she never made any changes. My pharmacy is telling me I can't get one of these for another month. Camacho is blowing through her work load. Patient care, follow up, and follow through are not on her agenda.

OMG! Last appointment she was running an hour behind...I asked for a refund and left. When I finally got in, after two urine analysis tests and countless supplements to get my D levels up, She determined I was ready for the osteoporosis shot. They were to check with my insurance and get back to me with a scheduled appointment. That was 2 1/2 months ago!!!! I have called twice to fins out what the status is. They called back but didn't leave a message (I don't use My Loyola). NO ANSWERS WHAT SO EVER!!! By the time they get back to me, I will probably have to do all of the urine tests and supplements all over....OMGGG!!!!! OMG! I have been seeing Dr. Camacho since 2000. She is an excellent doctor and have great bedside manners. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
