Dr. Paula Ann Randolph

I have been seeing Paula Randolph for 25 years or more. She has been through various surgeries, difficult pregnancies and much more. She is always professional, concerned and caring. Years back when her prior staff wasn't getting messages to her, I reached out and there was a prompt staff change. There aren't many doctors that I actually enjoy seeing and talking to each year, but she is an exception.

This Doctor is beyond unprofessional, she needs to relearn patient care and bedside manner. This woman had the audacity to “weight shame” a friend of mine and said to her “You’re too FAT to even consider trying to have a baby” and LAUGHED! And then proceeded to recommend a “Gastric bypass” surgeon. That medical degree does not give you the right to talk down to your patients or degrade them in such a way that they leave your office sobbing in tears. Where’s the compassion? The patient care? The concern? You’re a horrible doctor and a miserable woman. I’m SO glad I am not, nor will I ever be your patient. I needed to make sure this review was posted to keep my friend from having to sit here relive and express her painful experience in your care on the damn internet. Especially since reading these reviews it seems your office breaks HIPPA by leaving personal information on the wrong patients voicemail. The medical board needs to throw this whole office away! Amazing doctor! I feel like she really cares and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Randolph was amazing. I felt “heard” and she really took the time to explain everything. Felt like I’ve known her for years! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Randolph is amazing but the front desk at the clinic.. the worst, they **never** answer to the phone and they said they will mail my test result and never did. something is just not working well in this place. don't want to get into privet details, but let's just say after i was calling almost every day, i got only part of my test results to my email after *more then a week*(!)....which was supposed to arrive after 2 days... Truly awful patient care. After our appointment, it was impossible to get on the phone with Dr. Randolph. I called the office 8 different times over the course of one week and never spoke to her (and still haven’t three weeks later!!) I also received a mistaken voicemail from the front desk that was for someone named Leticia, and they disclosed this woman’s condition and medication to me in the voicemail. I also called them to receive my lab results and they never sent them to me, so I had to ask my primary care doctor to acquire them for me. I will never go back there and am absolutely appalled by their disrespect, disorganization, breach of patient confidentiality, and general lack of support and care for their patients. BEWARE! Dr. Randolph was nice the first time I went to the office a few years ago. My most recent visit in July 2019 was the complete opposite. Not only did she have a snide remark about my private area being groomed, she slapped my hand away when I touched my own breast! Then she proceeded to try to convince me to get the Mirena implant due to a condition she wasn't even sure I have. The final straw is that she then ordered diagnostic testing that I did not want, need, request or confirm, which cost me almost $600 out of pocket. When I called the office to dispute the charges because I never asked for the tests no one responded, ever. This is a classic example of doctors getting kickbacks which causes them to provide awful service only focused on making money for Big Pharma. Dr. Randolph is one of the best OBGYN’s in the world! I have never seen someone so passionate about There work, no matter what it takes she will find the problem, she is constantly going to seminars and even nutritional studies to see all aspects of a healthy vagina. She allows you to share your fears and she has not only medical genius but life wisdom that is priceless! I am so furious my new job Ins is out of her network but I can’t imagine going to someone else so I just have to pay upfront and try to get the ins back up later. If you get on her schedule it’s your lucky day! I will have my babies with her and ALSO have my children see her! I have been a patient with Dr. Randolph for 23 years. She delivered two of my three children (I didn’t know her when I had my first one) and she has ALWAYS made me feel confident and secure in her knowledge and advice. She always takes the time to make sure I fully understand and answers any and all questions I may have. She always asks about my children (by name) and has a wonderful bedside manner. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. She’s the best!

WOW she's a priceless diamond! This was my first visit with Dr. Paula Randolph and she was amazing, compassionate, gentle, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable. My prior GYN exams have been extremely painful but not with Dr. Randolph!! I love that she is open to an integrative approach to help patients achieve their health goals especially relating to women's hormonal imbalance issues. So GRATEFUL to have found her! Never saw Dr. Randolph, but started receiving a bill for $300 for cancel/no show appointments. 1 was a complete error, the other I called and cancelled on Monday, Memorial Day (office closed), but because they didn't receive until following day (day of appointment) they are charging me $150. I will never be seeing Dr. Randolph and think for a medical professional's office to be this greedy is a disgrace.

Very happy with my OBGYN. She is very good at what she does and I strongly recommend her to all of my friends and family. A few times over the years I have stopped by at night and she has been there to advise me and write prescriptions, even without an appointment. After every exam she thoroughly goes through the information with me, patiently answering all of my questions. Dr. Randolph is the best!!!

I adore Dr Randolph. Warm, thorough, caring -- and now my sister and daughters and a good number of friends I've sent to her adore her too.

For something like 19 years I was very pleased with this doctor. However, in 2015, she repeatedly failed to respond to messages left with her office; recommended surgery but then failed to execute it, necessitating my having to take all the pre-surgery steps again so another surgeon could do the surgery. Moreover, this doctor has an extremely inefficient office; the last example is my being asked why I was there for an appointment the doctor had asked me to make; there was a very long wait.

She has given me good counsel and careful attention during the past 15 years. Her yearly examinations are extremely thorough and I feel comfortable talking with her about anything at all regarding femininity and gynecologic health. I feel very lucky to have such a good physician taking care of me.
