Dr. Paula R Macmorran

When seeking mental health treatment it's very difficult to be treated by someone who is condescending, careless, and rude. I left every appt feeling dumb and confused from being treated this way. Please ensure you're seeing someone who is empathetic and listens to your concerns. No one deserves to be treated poorly during trying times.

This Dr was rude, callous, and condescending. She gave conflicting instructions from appt to appt and then acted as if I was non compliant for following previous instruction. My concerns of side effects were dismissed. I left appts feeling confused and stupid after the way I was treated. I will no longer seek mental health treatment after this experience.

I have been seeing Dr Macmorran for over 2 years now and will highly recommend!

She wasted entirely too much of my time because she couldn't remember from appointment to appointment what we had discussed the month before. Or even two weeks before. She was mean, extremely prideful, and unprofessional. She got frustrated with me when I experienced side effects from medications and took calls on her personal cell phone during appointments. To do it over, I'd have left sooner.

Dr. Macmorran makes me feel very comfortable in her office. She is a wonderful listener and she has helped me very very much.

This Dr was demeaning, condescending, disorganized, cruel, and arrogant. I chose to give up on treatment after my experiences with her. It's hurtful to seek help but be treated so callously and even recklessly. Mental health is so important so please find an empathetic Dr who listens. You're worth it. Don't let a Dr like this deceive you into thinking you deserve this treatment.

Dr MacMorran is a seasoned professional and a great fit for a middle aged client. I would have difficulty listening to advise from someone half my age. She is insightful and helps you work out your own problems. She does not coddle you. I would highly recommend her.

If I could not put any stars, I would. Dr. Macmorran made me feel awful. For someone going to her for mental health assistance she's an awful person to go to. She is judgemental and dismissive. Find someone else to go to. She doesn't care about patients and that's clear. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Oh and don't be even one minute late calling to cancel or she'll charge you $60. Way to be understanding.
