I had bunion surgery in Dec 22. I was terrified but Dr. Yungst said it would be okay and not painful. He was right. Everything went great, limited pain controlled with minimal intake of Ibuprofen. I have gone to Dr. Yungst for about 20 years. He is wonderful!

Professional and caring.Took care of a problem that had been misdiagnosed by a different doctor, How I wish I had seen him first. here is no substitute for experience! Pain free for the first time in 7 months,

Dr. Yungst is a wonderful dr. His office is busy but highly organized. I went for new orthodics but still had heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Dr. Yungst was very personable and knowledgable, helping me with my heel pain. I found the whole experience to be efficient and helpful from the staff to the doctor himself.

I had major pain with plantar fasciitis, Dr Youngst suggested shock wave therapy. There was 3 treatments one a week for 3 weeks. My foot is now is back to normal. I would highly recommend this if you have this problem. I went from limping to walking normal. Unfortunately insurance does not pay for this procedure, but it was worth every penny I spent. If you have plantar fasciitis, you know how painful this can be.

Dr. Yungst removed one of my ingrown toenails. He did such a great job a went back and had 3 more removed! Clean office, friendly staff, good location.

Never made it in to see the doctor. Even though you are wearing a mask and answer their covid contact questions they want to know if you got the shot.

Many accolades to Dr. Yungst ! I had a bunionectomy. Surgery went very well, and there was little discomfort or pain afterward. After three weeks, if it weren't for a thin healing incision, I would have difficulty remembering which foot had the operation. Dr. Yungst certainly is excellent, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Returned because of previous good experience. Was just as good again. Short wait, friendly service, and excellent treatment.

Dr. Yungst performed a bunionectomy on my right foot. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend him highly.

Professional and personable. No pain or complications. Recommended to me by my physicians.

He is very professional and honest. He is an excellent foot specialist --the one who actually cured a toe nail fungus with a laser. That was about seven years ago, by the way. What can I say, the man is a super-star!

Dr. Yungst is excellent! I have had previous surgeries to correct bunions, but had reoccurring pain in my right foot. Dr. Yungst was able to diagnose the problem and preform corrective surgery to relieve my pain. I am very happy I found Dr. Yungst. I highly recommend him. Also, the entire office staff wonderful!

He is a wonderful caring dr.i could barely walk on one foot and now I am pain free

Being new to Sarasota I turned to Healthgrade in search of a Podiatrist. I had an ingrown toenail that acquired immediate attention. Called and was given an appointment for the next day. Office staff very professional and accommodating. Dr. Yungst is excellent. Explained that best option would be surgery on the toe which he performed at that visit. He took care of my issue. So glad I found him.

Have been going to this knowledgeable doctor for close to two years . He had been telling me to have something removed from the foot bottom . Did and he was right . His surgical skills and bedside manners are first rate . A doctor whose skills and judgements I can trust .

He is wonderful. He listened, examined my foot gently, took x/rays , and showed me what he saw . He shared what he thought, and offered a treatment plan to heal my injury. Couldn’t be happier.

I had a bad experience with a different doctor. Dr.Yungst not only fixed the mess, but operated on the other foot with great success .If only I had gone to him first!

Dr. Yungst is a very caring and smart Dr. who really takes time with his patients. He found the problem with my foot and performed surgery to fix a surgery that wasn't done correctly 4 years ago by a different Dr. My healing time was relatively painless and Dr. Yungst and his whole office personnel are very professional and friendly. They all make you feel very comfortable and always answer any question you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Yungst to anyone!

Went in for a second opinion on my foot. Very thorough in diagnosing and explaining the problem. Ended up scheduling surgery because I felt he was very competent. Recovery has been without problems. I must say his staff are also very nice and competent.

Dr. Yungst was highly recommended to me by one of my doctors and I think he is excellent. I'm so glad that I went to see him. He is very nice, gentle and knowledgable.

I am new to the area and was recommended to Dr. Yungst. From the time I made the appointment with a very pleasant woman at the front desk, the technicians and assistants to the doctor, I knew I was in the right place. It was a wonderful experience. I was suffering from ingrown toe nail pain for months. I had two other podiatrists cut my nail to relieve the pain, but the pain kept coming back. I was in Sarasota for vacation and decided to have another doctor check my nail since the pain was unbearable. Dr. Yungst explained why this was happening and recommended cauterizing the toenail to prevent nail from digging into my skin and causing pain. He explained the procedure and recovery expectations every step of the way. I am very happy

I had an ingrown toenail. Dr. Yungst was able to see me the same day I called and did the surgery on the spot! I was a new patient. He was very understanding and sympathetic and operated with expertise. He listened to me, asked pertinent questions, and listened carefully to my answers. Good communication skills and medical skill matter a great deal to me. But so does bedside manner.Dr. Yungst is humane in his interactions, which put me at ease and made me have confidence in his care.

I went to 3 doctors and spent 4 years fiddling around with plantar warts on my foot that got worse and worse. Dr. Yungst was recommended to me by a friend and he was the first doctor who actually did something - removed the warts (which I had clearly asked the other 3 doctors to do). After a shot of Novocain there was absolutely no pain. I am so grateful to him for taking care of this at last for me. He was pleasant and kind yet very professional. The staff and office seems very well run.

Dr. Yungst did surgery for a tailors bunion & the results were excellent.
