I have had surgery with Dr. Wigoda twice. First time for a regular breast augmentation, second time for an implant exchange. Both times I had a great experience. Everyone was nice, the procedure was quick and easy, and healing was so easy & completely painless. I’ve recommended many people to him & they’ve all had the same experience.

I don't know where to begin, but ultimately, I hope my experience and surgical journey will help you make the best informed decision possible. When I met with Dr. Wigoda, I was in the worst possible condition physically and emotionally from a neck lift (platysmaplasty) surgery gone wrong. I was six weeks post op from the neck lift nightmare and was suffering. I knew something was wrong a week into my recovery. We know our bodies! I reached out to the Doctor and shared my concerns. I felt nauseous and lumps were appearing on my both sides of my neck. I was told to be patient and massage the lumps that were becoming more visible daily. When I did see the Doctor, I was told, "if the lumps don't go away in a few weeks, he would cut them out in the office." He offered no post op care and in my estimation was negligent. I WAS IN SHOCK! Needless, to say, I ran! I was in excruciating pain, and everything was pulling in my neck and ears. Suffice to say, I was in trouble, and knew it. Thank goodness I had enough sense not to wait and met with Dr. Wigoda later in the week. Dr. Wigoda told me I would need a revision. He also told me no massaging in the world would make the lumps go away and cutting them out as described would cause major scarring. Immediately, after meeting with Dr. Wigoda I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Wigoda said he could help and I knew I could trust his him. I knew I was going to be okay. Within three weeks time, I was under his care and on the operating table. My last words to him on the day of the surgery were- please stop my pain. By this time, I also felt my mouth starting to align differently too. My ears and neck still hurt badly. I am now fifteen weeks post op and very happy. I have no more pain and I am healing beautifully. Dr. Wigoda fixed my neck and helped in more ways than he knows. Please see Dr. Wigoda for your procedure! Do not make the same mistake I made. I went to Dr. Wigoda for cosmetic surgery to improve my appearance. I had a nose that had developed a large bulb like tip at the end. I also had a deformity that had developed at the bottom of my right nostril such that the area of the opening was about half the size of the opening of the left nostril, which was normal in size and shape. His prices were mid-range, his location close by, and reviews, primarily by women, were mostly favorable. The surgery was explained to be routine in nature, nothing complicated or out of the ordinary. I was told to sign a bunch of forms including ones that basically said he would do the job, but their was no guarantee of how significant the improvement would be, and I might even possibly die. I had fairly low expectations, all I expected was toa smaller nose, that I was told would not be as small as I would like, with normal openings to both nostrils. I got neither. The excuse I was initially given was that the waiting period for "swelling" to go down was one year. A year and a half later, my nose has the same bulb, and the right nostril opening is just as deformed as before. Whatever he did during the operation did not address the cosmetic problems of the bulb or the right nostril opening. He did say that he fixed a slight bump which I never noticed and was not concerned about. Throughout the aftermath, he kept saying there was some improvement. I never agreed or acknowledged that, and I never saw any improvement. In the course of a year and a half, not one person has ever said to me you look different, or your nose looks different or better. The doctor himself wrote that "The tip remains bulbous", and he did nothing to change the nostril opening. Since he did not address the cosmetic problems that I agreed to pay for, I asked for a refund so I could get someone else to do the work that I wanted done. Dr. Wigoda did not deserve his fee because he did what he wanted to, not what I wanted, agreed to, and paid for. In hindsight, I believe that the only thing he really knew how to do with noses was fix bumps, so he made one seem larger than it was, if there even was any bump, just so he could say he did something constructive to justify his fee. After I asked for my money back, the doctor went into hiding and refused to see me again. His office staff supported him fully with phony smiles and excuses that the appointment "system is down", "he's on his way to the hospital", and "he doesn't think he can do anything else for you". I had previously told him that I wasn't sure what to do, such as just write bad reviews or go see a lawyer, but I didn't want to make any trouble. I just wanted my money back so I could get the job done elsewhere. His refusal to even face me again left me no choice but to write reviews and get a lawyer. The doctor's reply to my review was inaccurate to say the least. He did not give a "best and worst case scenario", he gave a sales pitch. He never said that the nose tip "is not going to shrink a lot". The word shrink was never mentioned, surgery was, and what he did say, and I accepted, was that the result would not be the very small nose that I wanted. The result of the surgery was not "within the realm of what was discussed prior to the surgery". After the surgery, not before, he said he could reduce the size of the tip but it would leave a scar. In his reply he even contradicted this by writing "in this case there is nothing else that can be done". He did not offer to do an additional procedure "at minimal or even no cost". Furthermore, once again, in his reply the distortion of the nasal opening was ignored completely. I went to Dr. Wigoda for cosmetic surgery to improve my appearance. In 2017 I signed a contract for $5,800.00 for breast augmentation. Dr Wigoda' s staff member named Maria texted me on a Sunday, a week before surgery that I needed to pay balance of 2,800.00 . On the contract it clearly stated that patient has to be cleared health wise for any procedure. My Primary care Dr.did not clear me due to health conditions at that time. My primary cares Nurse Practitioner called and spoke with Maria to no avail. Maria insisted that contract was valid. I am out 5,800.00 because of pressure by Maria. I did not go back to see you for the 3 month follow up because on my 1 month visit I can tell that you will never take responsibility or offer anything to fix the situation. I had been thinking for a very long time about making some changes to my body, I wanted to do breast augmentation, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Wigoda is an amazing surgeon. He helped my son following a serious hand cut deep enough to cut my son’s tendon. During the procedure Dr. Wigoda was cautious to numb the area while finding levity to distract my fearful son from the procedure to follow. After the procedure and some healing my son has had a full recovery. Had the doctor not sutured the tendon my son’s hand mobility and range of motion would have been permanently impaired. However, I woke up from surgery feeling great , I weyhome and I didn’t even sleep until evening. I took the pain medication only two days !!! I had a breast augmentation done in May this year and extremely happy to report all is going well. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wigoda and his very caring staff before, during and even after my surgery. They explained every step and were quite comforting especially on the day of surgery when I began to get nervous about my procedure. The surgery went quickly and smoothly and I truly did wake up feeling NO pain with just a slight tightness in the chest area. I came in for a consultation on a specific issue to a small area and instead was urged to "fix" more. To top everything off, towards the end of the brief appointment, he picked up a phone call on his cell and then just left without much more discussion.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and my top lip was terribly bruised from the syringe. This was not my first time getting Juvéderm but it will be the last with this doctor.

From my consultation to surgery and post op, I could not be happier with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Wigoda is calm and cool- I had no anxiety at all throughout the entire process. I have used Dr. Wigoda for two major procedures and have nothing but positive comments about my experience. Like anyone, I was nervous, anxious, and had many questions about my procedures. Dr. Wigoda took the time to listen to my concerns and his calming and professional demeanor placed me at ease, leaving me confident that I had made the right choice in surgeons. I was waiting for one hour when a patient that had been waiting for 30 minutes complained for waiting 30 minutes and she was brought in immediately even though her appt was after mine. When I questioned why I had not been brought in when I had been waiting for one hour I was told that they were sorry that they understood but that that must have happened because she complained while I waited patiently to be called in. Honestly I personally don't know anyone that has been treated by him but I've heard of him in the radio, and although I live far from his office I wanted to get his opinion and maybe have him operate on me. I work in the medical field and I know things happen, Drs run late, but I would never make one patient wait to bring in one that was complaining. After being treated so unprofessionally I would not allow this dr to operate on me neither would I recommend him to anyone. I was so nervous when it came time for M. me o get BA. I'm a 24 yr old trans woman & I had a little tissue from previous use of HRT. Marie was great before & after surgery she is a true gem. Dr. Wigoda is the best plastic surgeon there ever is. He provided top of the line service an says my reaction was "Thebest reaction he ever had!!! Lol three days after surgery I feel great.... I can't Thank Dr. Wigoda enough. He is an amazing talented doctor who has changed my life. Today we're tears of happiness as I saw my new Nose. He is an artist. I am so happy with my results and it's only the first day my cast came off. Dr Wigoda is truly a blessing!!

When I finally decided I was going to get implants, I did all the normal online research and narrowed it down to Dr. Wigoda and two others. After all three consultations I decided to go wit Dr. Wigoda because the I have two little ones and the "painless impants" were a HUGE plus and he was the only one the really took his time during the consult. He went over options with me, the different sizes and profiles and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I could get the look I wanted. The other two were great, but it seemed like a generic consult where they just went over the risks and basics like they do with everyone who comes in. The personal attention made me feel a lot more confident. From there on out everything was super easy! They were able able to work with my schedule and get me in pretty quickly. During the pre op appointment we finalized sizing and they made sure every question I had was answered. The day of the surgery I got to the office at 8 and by 815 the anesthesiologist was doing his thing. A couple hours later I was up with a new set of big and beautiful breasts. The procedure went smoother than I could have hoped for. I went home and was able to rest with minimal discomfort. From the time I got home through the next three days there was a lot of pressure and tightness. It was uncomfortable, but never painful. I was able to stay home and watch my four year old the very next day with out a problem and was completely off pain meds by the 4th day. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about the whole "painless implant" thing but not once through the entire process would I have ever considered myself to be in pain. pressure and tenderness, but never pain. Im three weeks post op now and am in LOVE with my breasts. I couldnt have asked for a better job, dr or staff =) *on a side note, the office manager Marie is super nice! Every time I had a question, she had an answer. She was really good at walking me through every thing that needed to be done and make things as easy as possible. Im also one of those people who get SUPER nervous at drs an actually get shaky. I had a breast augmentation last year in April by Dr. Wigoda. I went from a B to a D cup size and they look amazing. When I tell people my breasts aren't real, they are shocked, becuase they look and feel quite natural. It took a few months for them to settle in and by now they dropped beautifully. Prior to my surgery, I researched all the doctors in the Fort Lauderdale area and found he was the best, not only the results, but in price. The procedure was stress free due to their amazing staff. Was able to watch some of his work as a student. I have watched/ shadowed a lot of doctors, however he left an everlasting impression on me. Doctor Wigoda is a master of his craft, very professional, and has great bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good Plastic/Reconstructive surgeon, as well as a hand surgeon!

Four years ago I have had a breast augmentation with silicon implants and I absolutely still love my breast. I went from a B-Cup to a D-Cup and can't express how thrilled I am about this procedure. Dr Wigoda did an absolutely amazing job to keep my breast looking natural, and my scars are hardly noticeable. He is a great Dr. He listened to my wishes and concerns, and took his time to carefully inform and advice me about my procedure. Even post-op he made sure my recovery was going well and took his time to address any questions I had afterwards. I am very happy to have had my surgery done with Dr. Wigoda and would do any other surgeries with him in a heartbeat. I also chose Dr Wigoda for my Juvederm lip augmentation and Botox injections.
