Dr. Whitt cane in the room looked at both of my husbands ears and said everything looks good to me! I am going to send you down the hall for some test. Then sent him to the hearing aid room for the test. BS dont need hearing aids have had a problem with left ear for several months and can hear just fine. Went to leave and they said $30! And will bill our insurance company too. Not even one minute of looking in the ears. No time for the patient. Looks like Shreveport is where we will go. Not one ENT in texarkana has time. Especially Dr. Whitt. He was in a funky mood too. Damn our grandkid could tell us his ears looked fine. Ive always been a fan of Dr Whitt, he did my surgery many years ago and also my children are seen by him for any issues, tubes etc. he was very helpful in explaining what was happening with my situation and put me at ease after explaining how it was going to be resolved. Thanks Dr. Whitt

I have never had a doctor/nursing staff that were more apathetic to the needs of their patients than Dr Paul Whitt and his staff. They are intentionally withholding medicine from me. Without this medicine I cannot function. I am getting a new doctor but in the meantime I am bedridden because of these low-lives. They are unprofessional, greedy and incompetent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My son had his tonsils out and he was in severe pain. Their advice was to take him to the ER or to call back in a week and maybe they could fit him in if he was still in pain. Took him to the ER where he was diagnosed with an infection. Called their office to let them know. They said they didn't want to call me a liar but they needed the ER doc to call their office and tell them that. Also told me not to give him the antibiotics the ER prescribed.

I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Paul Whitt I went in for a fullness in my throat and found out that my insurance would not cover the scope test I need done and when Dr. Whitt found out my insurance would not pay he said well that is a problem turned around and walked out of the room. To me that is very unprofessional especially since I drove a hour and a half 1 way to see him. I would not recommend Dr Paul Whitt to anyone. My son had serious issues with sinuses, tonsils, and adenoids. The surgery went very well; good instructions for care afterwards. We appreciate the follow-up as well. All in all, an excellent experience for my son. He is breathing normally now, and we are very grateful.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Whitt since she was a year old. She's almost four now. He along with the staff at ENT group has always been so professional, caring and does everything to see about her needs. There has not been a time I have called that I didn't get an immediate answer. Our primary care doctor referred us to Dr Paul Whitt's office after a traumatic experience my daughter (then 8) went through overseas when trying to remove something in her ear. She was horrified to let anyone near her ear. On our way to Dr Whitt's office I searched for reviews. There were very few and it didn't help me feel confident this would be the right place. We arrived and the office was full of people and children of all ages. That was over a year ago. Dr Whitt has been wonderful and caring from the beginning and has helped restore our daughters trust in receiving medical attention. However, she does want Dr Whitt to be her doctor for everything now! It is obvious many people use Dr Whitt's office but few leave a review that are happy with the services, so I wanted to make sure and leave a review on google for those looking. wouldn't recommend ,doesn't listen ,throws meds at you instead of fixing problem or isn't interested in what you say,wont explain what is going on

Saw me for a total of ten minutes over two appointments. Diagnosed me with a major disorder and then told me to ‘Google’ it instead of answering my questions. When I started having side effects from the meds he prescribed he said to stop taking them but offered no alternative treatment. Said if I had any other problems he would refer me to ‘Little Rock’ whatever that means. They rescheduled my appointment and were then 15 minutes late getting to the office. They also forgot to call in meds.

Gave me a hearing test and I was there for dizziness! Quickly looked in ears and said probably viral infection nothing I can do ! Goodbye .and left ! Would not recommend! ,,
