Dr. Paul Mccoles Whitaker

Incompetent. Unprofessional. Scheduled me for an in person session a day prior after a week of discussion through email and text; I appear for the appointment and guy tells me he has no record of our conversation and never booked me, so turns me away. Again, incompetent. AVOID.

Dr. Whitaker is hands down the kindest person I know. He is the type of person to give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I have had OCD and anxiety since I was about 7, but now as a 30 year old, I am going through a really hard time in my life where I am (was) experiencing panic attacks daily and in a very bad situation. He spoke to me on the phone at 9:00pm when I first reached out, because I was feeling hopless/desperate and he knew that I needed someone to talk to. He has always been so accommodating and helpful when scheduling. His knowledge about different areas in psychology is amazing and he has solutions for everything. I have learned a lot from him and my anxiety and OCD has been so much better thanks to him. I finally feel like I can function in my day to day. He has a very calming and soothing voice and just talking to him makes me feel better. I always look forward to the days that I get to speak with him. I was referred to him by another family who say that they will refer him over and over again and already I have referred him as well and will continue to do so. This man is an angel and I hope you have the chance to meet him, because he will help you!
