I cannot say much about the doctors but I can say that I have called three times with no answer and have left messages trying to make an appointment since my dr sent me a referral for here to get something done before surgery but not even a call back. Very frustrating when you are working with possible permanent damage the longer you wait.

What grinds my gears is that I'm told my prescriptions will be called into my pharmacy and their not. Especially when my appts always seem to take place on a Fri, they close early, sat their closed and then have to wait till Monday. Let's not forget if there's a holiday on a Mon as well. Just wrong!!!! Happens every time.

God bless this Doctor and his staff. They have helped me through some really tough medical times. I appreciate them greatly.

Let me first start by saying I am yet to have my first appointment here but am scheduled for next week. I have been in pain management for 12+ years after being injured in the army & have seen close to 15+ different pain management doctors due to all my personal moves all over the US. I’ve read the reviews here to see what I’m getting into & see all these ridiculous 1 star reviews about returning calls. Since being in Florida and trying to find a practice that will even consider taking over my care from VA, I’ve been in contact with more offices than I’d like to say and thus far, this office has not only returned my calls, but promptly scheduled me & kept me informed of everything needed. As a former business owner I realize these reviews do have some impact & I think it’s worth noting the majority of others experiences with the phone calls appears to be inaccurate or at the very least not my experience with this practice. Everyone seems to be in “pain” now a days and these offices are doing their best to keep up with the workload. I say give them a try and if you and the doctor aren’t a good fit for each other, there’s nothing wrong with finding a provider or office you feel comfortable with. My Mother has been a patient for many years and for the last eight weeks has tried calling but no one answers the phone or reply to voicemail. She is in constant pain and for them to ignore her is unexceptionable. I don't excuses about staff she been leaving messages every time.

This place is a JOKE!! They NEVER answer the phone!! This is my 4th time here and I’ve had only 1 shot!! They wanna charge me $100.00 for a work note!! I drove my. mother to the office this afternoon, waited in the car for over 45 minutes and was getting concerned as to why my mother had not come out. I went in, and saw a lady with a walker trying to get to the door so I offered to open the door for her, and low and behold the young lady at the front desk shouted out m'am and signal a come here sign to me I said excuse me, I don't answer to hand gesture as if I was a dog, I told her that I was checking on my mother and also asked if I could the bathroom. She said yes but you have to leave. Firstly I found her approach rude and offensive, secondly she is front of office the first person patients see and greet and courtesy doesn't cost much. My mother has also said that she is rude where as the other staff are a pleasure to work with. This office seems very disorganized to me. Every time I took my mom there we always had a 45 min wait after my appointment time. There is always ONLY one person at the front desk. I have been coming to this office on Oak street in Kissimmee for over a year and would have given them a deserved number 5, if not fir them not returning calls. Because the pharmacy Walgreens on Cypress Blvd. Poinciana Fl. Did not see my script that was esent to them on the 29th March to be filled April 7. I called on the 11th of April and they said they did not have any scripts for me, in my profile or otherwise. So Monday I started calling Dr Webster’s Office and left three messages total. I had my first visit with Dr. Webster on July 10, 2020. He is an excellent Dr. I have to start out by saying he is the 1st pain Mgmt Dr. that I can say that truly cares about his patients. He also has a wonderful staff. Dr. Webster listened to my medical history like no other pain Dr. I'm so happy to have been referred to him by my primary doctor! I've had chronic hip and back pain for years. Dr Webster's staff is amazing. Since I've been a patient my pain has almost completely been gone. I still have issues..but I can finaly get my life back after starting the treatment plan. Thank you. UPDATE: it seems I gave a review to early on seeing this doctors office. After my first appointment the doctor gave me medication. On my 2nd appt. I saw a new person she reduced my medication then told me I tested positive for alchohol the pain came back and I'm still having problems.I dont drink period! Every month I saw different PAs and each time I had to go over my issues. Maybe if you ordered the correct MRI on my left hip youd see the problem.They dont seem to talk to eachother and every month I seem to have "dirty" urine. Alchohol, fentanyl twice and the latest was heroin. I sent them to the lab where NOTHING was in my system. I got a nice $800 bill for this. They made me feel like a person fakeing my injuries. They also never had my left hip imaged which is 99% of my complaints.last appt. They put me on a new med called bulbuca. My pharmacists who's also a friend said I had to ween off my other medication before starting this. The PA didnt tell me this.I was so tired of the false UAs and different people plus made to feel worse or like someone looking for pills. Obviously I wasn't looking for pills since my UAs said I had them in my system. And being married to a law enforcement officer he should arrest me for all the illeagal drugs in me lol lol lol. I'm now with a new doctor who tested me twice randomly in 2 weeks time at my request and nothing was in my system. I even bought an over the counter test on my last appt It was clean. I have sought medical advise and aid from Dr. Paul Webster for many years. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. At appointment time, I have been seen in a timely, prompt manner. Dr. Webster goes above and beyond to make sure all medical issues are adressed and taken care of to the best of his ability. I recenlty visited the office regarding an IME exam, which consisted of reviewing all of my military records. Dr. Webter sat down with me and thoroughly went over all aspects of incidents that occurred while I was in the military. If you have been injured in the civilian world or are a military veteran and have service connected medical issues, please consider Dr. Webster for his many years of medical knowledge. Let him assist you with your medical needs.

Dr Webster in his office are the worst place to go do not go there they will overcharge you bill you for stuff and never give you a receipt for what it is not only that God for bid if you move they will blacklist you going to any other patients they claim that you were a bad patient but yet for the entire time I was there with them they filled my medications every month and everything else and all I did was move out of the state and by doing so all of a sudden I was a bad patient

The wait time is ridiculous, they are constantly changing employees.

As a doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP) and caregiver to my brother, perhaps the most disheartening experience throughout the course of his 3 back surgeries in 3 weeks, spinal fluid leak, dx of spinal meningitis, and physical therapy was dealing with his pain management. I have never felt so helpless as a healthcare provider; therefore, I feel it is my responsibility to share with you a few tips that may relieve some of your suffering when dealing with pain management as it relates to Dr. Webster and his office. 1. Dr. Webster’s system of e-prescribing scripts in the evening is nothing short of frustrating. He is impossible to contact or speak to after the appointment, and correcting any problems later that day OR early the next morning is impossible because “he is in procedures." Be prepared to schedule another apt and pay an add’l copay if you have an insurance or pharmacy issue w/ a rejected script. Tip: Request your scripts get sent while you are in the exam room and have a warm body waiting in the office while you go pick up the script. This way, if there is an issue, your advocate is present and can address any concerns immediately and in person. 2. On several occasions there has been “communication breakdown" and once there was a med-error. Tip: Please please please get a copy of your e-prescribed scripts, and if possible, notes from that visit BEFORE exiting the office. 3. Robert, the MA, is an unethical liar. Twice this man has looked directly in my eyes and told me he would call me to follow up and did not. His dishonesty and lack of competency resulted in ME lying to my brother (“bro...he promised me he would call me”) then watching my brother in pain overnight and being completely helpless. I confronted him and he had no empathy. First time shame on him, second time shame on me. Tip: If at all possible, DO NOT DEAL WITH ROBERT. 4. Something is wrong with our healthcare system when you spend 1.5 hrs at an apt never to be physically assessed by a MD or NP and to be told “they are calling around trying to find a pharmacy that has your meds.” As if it can't get worse, I obtained office notes a month later only to find that they fictitiously documented a physical exam on three of his four visits! Tip: Report ANY and ALL symptoms, even if you think they are minor, because they cannot uncover any abnormalities when they don’t do examinations. As a past oncology NP, I dealt with pain management on a daily basis. I am not ignorant to the current narcotic epidemic or to the scrutiny that pain management doctors have to endure. As a patient advocate, I documented everything, stayed as understanding as possible, and remained respectful even in the challenging times. At the end of the day, we are still with the wrong prescriptions, and now labeled as a “pain doctor shopper” because we chose to find another facility. My last tip: Please find yourself an advocate to help you navigate the system. I know this is easier said then done. If you don’t have family, perhaps call you insurance company to see if they have a nurse navigator or if you are uninsured, reach out to your facility social worker. Maybe even ask a neighbor. There are people who care. It is stressful enough to be ill or in pain. Even if you have a good handle on the way the healthcare system works, you are going to be surprised how challenging pain management is in this day and age. Godspeed. My review is based on the initial customer service. I called in efforts to find other providers for pain management closer to where I live. From the beginning of the call, I was never told who I was speaking to but, the woman seemed very abrupt in our conversation. I was only told the things they couldn't do, such as tell me if they were not in network with my insurance, that they couldn't help me any sooner than at least three weeks away and wasn't concerned when I suggested trying another practice. There was no compassion displayed and in fact, it seemed as if she didn't even want to be on the phone. Considering that the people calling are for the most part, truthfully, exhibiting high levels of pain. You would think that there would be a certain level of empathy regarding what these patients are experiencing, especially the loss in quality of life. The reality is that the physician could be amazing in his or her area of expertise but, I would have to deal with the front and back end staff more frequently. I want to receive care in a place that genuinely cares about their patients, aren't bothered when their patients require attention and personal biases are able to be set aside. Have been going hear for about 7 years I think. About 1 year ago they started electronically sending the scripts at the end of the day which is fine. Went Thursday called pharmacy fri morning no script. Called office they apologized and said it would be sent that day. So I wait till mid afternoon check with pharmacy no script. Call doc office back and they now close early which I was not aware of so hear it is Monday morning and 3 days past 30 day supply. I have extra because I dont abuse the meds but if I was out this could of caused all kinds of problems Especially with the types of medicines they prescribe. I went hear to get off pain meds and the suboxone is great saved my life. But if I was someone who just started out on this medication and ran out that person would have most likely relapsed because the office did not send the medication. excellent doctor but I still don't know why my med change every month. anyway am really scare to do the pump again my first time was a terrible experience not with doctor Webster his an excellent doctor am talking about when I was living in New York the pain management doctor put the pump on me but I don't know what happened all I know is that my spine started to lick spinal fluid and the catheter was broken and it was licking medication. anyway long story short everything got infected and the doctor took everything out with no anesthesia,well you probably don't know how that feels.am thinking about doing the morphine pump,but am really scare because of that bad experience bud inside me I know that d.r. Webster can help me.his is and excellent doctor. so far i have 15 back surgeries and being taking opiods since i was 15 year old and i am 40 years old now with no other problems but i run out of medication every single month because my pain level is to great to handle and probably my body is used to the morphine 30mg pills they are supposed to be every 6 hours but every month is change to every 8 hours or every 12 hour but the pain is to much and one of the metal rods in my back is puching out the skin and hurt so much.i don't know what to do.i guess I need help. a big help. so I don't know what's going to happen from now on or eather they will increase the meds or morphine pump. long story,this is the short version of the story of my life.please excuse my writing I want to make things clear here,d.r. I've been a patient of Dr. Webster's for almost 5 years. Before I found him, I thought I'd NEVER have ANY type of life, that I'd NEVER be able to get my pain under control. At one point, I even thought about ending my life due to the pain being SO BAD & no matter WHAT I sis, it was SO EXCRUCIATINGLY BAD I'd be laying in bed crying in pain!! I'd take whatever pain meds my old Dr had given to me BUT IT DID NOTHING!! And, of course, that Dr thought I was exaggerating how bad it was & ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT HE THOUGHT I WAS FAKING TO GET MORE DRUGS!! I got home from that last drs appointment in tears, at my lowest EVER & I KNEW I'd NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DR AGAIN!! So I began looking & making calls to find a new pain Dr that would ACTUALLY listen to me, LOOK at my films, and most importantly BELIEVE ME & WANT TO HELP ME!! I found Dr Webster onli e so I called the office & Miss Pat answered the phone!! SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was gonna be a new patient so I knew it would probably be a LONG wait to see the Dr. It was a Wednesday, my primary care got my files to them Thursday morning & I had an appointment that Tuesday morning!! I've been going there ever since. I had the intrathecal pain pump for a while & it TOTALLY changed the quality of my life!! UNFORTUNATELY, it got infected-which is VERY VERY RARE to have that happen-so I'm waiting until I can get it again! It's 6 months from the time it was removed before insurance will pay for it again AND it takes that long for your body to heal properly from the infection. So, I'll say THIS, if you're looking for a PHENOMENAL DR that TRULY CARES about his patients & wants the best for them, Dr Webster is THAT DR!! He takes time to listen, familiarize himself with my conditions and remembers my family & makes conversation. He never fails in addressing my concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Webster's for over 5years! He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He's the BEST DR I've EVER had!He NEVER judges you, handles ALL your issues, makes SURE your pain is managed. I never feel rushed, he takes all the time u need! If u want GREAT care, he's the BEST DR! If u are a pill popper he's not your Dr! He gives meds to u if u need it but stays in the DEA guidelines for the amount of narcotics he writes. Like 4or8mg of dilaudid 4×a day & MAYBE a 24hr med ONLY IF U NEED IT!

I'm sorry but I have to agree with Joey, the last post, I have been seeing Dr. Webster now for 5 years, seeing a pain management group now for 20 years, How Ironic, my very first pain management Doctor turns out to be a dear friend of Dr. webster his college professor, Dr. Leonard Maylee a dearer friend of mine, the first thing I learned in Pain Management, if at ever you stop taking a medication, I expect to to contact my office and explain why you stopped, secondly call my office immediately and tell explain to my staff what you would like to do and I will call you back within 24 hours, your body maybe rejecting something, well Dr Webster, you personally know my story, how 1 medication rejected a med, and at 3 am i was awakened by my shirt soaking wet, so long story short I went to put a new shirt on, I turned the light on and my shirt was soaked in blood, I was rushed to Celebration Hospital and underwent a 15 hour surgery, I was put into an induced coma for 4 day's and wake up in the ICU unit attached to a heart and lung machine, now anyone having to go through that and I hope and Pray that none of you do, will always remember the first rule you learn in pain management, fast forward to July 2016, I have now undergone 50 surgeries, Dr, Webster aware of all, and I can tell you this my friends, no one and I mean no one has been more honest then I then 90 percent of his patients, 90 percent of my file has been given to him by me, which was not required, but there goes my honesty, as I readied myself for my 51 surgery, my abdomen was enlarged, so my surgeon, one of the best in the country, sends me to a liver specialist, located in Florida Hospital South, when he told me there was nothing he could do for and sends me home to die, before I asked the fine Doctor why my liver was so enlarged, he said the medication's I've taken over the past 19 years 8 months and recommends I stop the Morphine, MS Contin, I called the pharmacist, whom I truly trust and explained what the Doctor had told me and asked for his recommendation for a medication to take it's place he states Fentanyl 50mcg, well it didn't work did exactly what I was taught, I didn't want a repeat and have my chest reopen, so to end this I receive a letter from Webster for suspending me from his clinic for violating a contract I signed, so I say to you all out there if your looking for a pain management Dr, that will spend less then 5 minutes and write you a script, Dr Webster is your man, now if your looking for Doctor who will truly help you, not stab you in the back, Dr. Torres or Celebration Hospital's clinic will do more, So patient beware, I ask you please post this warning, I need patients to be aware where honesty will get you I'm sorry but I have to agree with Joey, the last post, I have been seeing Dr. Webster now for 5 years, seeing a pain management group now for 20 years, How Ironic, my very first pain management Doctor turns out to be a dear friend of Dr. … More

Doctors and Staff Really care, that's not something we run across much these day's.

Very caring Dr.L.Tua Mendes and Dr.Ahmed also. Nurses there are very sweet and helpful.Robert is very kind also and will make a fine Dr. hopefully in the near future. I feel very blessed having a medical staff that really cares for their patients. Only problem I have is someone who calls or faxes over prescriptions they never seem to get them to the Pharmacist in a timely manner.All else is great. Dr Webester is fantastic and knows everything about my condition (CRPS). The bad part is his staff schedules you with other Dr.'s even if you request DR. Webester, very frustrating. They say it is with him and then someone else comes in the room the day of your appointment. 3 months now I've been trying to get a procedure done with him that he recommended and could help me immensely, but it's hard to get past the staff to get to him . Sad

Doctor Webster is the best. He actually takes his time in giving his patients his attention concerning pain, medication & other questions regarding your health care issues.
