Front desk could use a little of more customer service skills . But I get it . Short staffed and stressful situation . Dr toussanti is the best . He is an awesome doctor . I wish we had more doctors like him . He’s always super helpful .

He’s great with my son! Very quick and straight to the point/which I love. Listens and answer your questions. The nurses and front desk staff are so amazing and welcoming/kind.

Very professional and works diligently to assist in many ways for both my kids- I have been having my kids go to Dr Toussaint since 2001 and my now 9 year old has been a patient and will remain one for years to come! Wonderful staff and a clean safe environment!

Our children have been patients of Dr. Toussaint for more than 16 years. A piece of advice if you're considering whether your child should see the good doctor: don't go by low star reviews that describe one interractions or another. Take it from the experience of parents that had their children helped by him for their entire childhood and teenage years. Dr. Toussaint is very passionate about his own opinions. If he disagrees with you - you will be scolded rather than educated why his recommendation is the best option. Also - if you call the office for a simple question that would not involve an office visit, they will not speak with you unless you allow them to bill your insurance for a telehealth visit (absolutely ridiculous). To give some background - we had a COVID exposure and just wanted to know what symptoms to look for/what we need to monitor for our 3 month old. No one tested positive, she did not have any symptoms, we were just being precautious and wanted to know what we have to monitor for. Pros for the office: Easy to make an appointment, no wait times in the waiting room.

the third time we were rescheduled when we were a little bit late, while every time we wait so long. they have bad time management and the front office staff are so rude! they don't have any compassion, it is pure business!

Dr has been seeing both my children for over 10 years and is awesome

My wife and I have been with Dr. Toussaint since my kids were born. We have no complaints other than wait times tend to be longer than usual. However, he is the only pediatrician in the office and this is to be expected. If you have questions, he will take time to answer them. If not, he wont waste your time.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Toussaint's for 20 years and we love him! He is clinically one of the best and he LISTENS to not only the parent but the child as well. My son had a complex medical history and never 'followed the rules' but Dr. Toussaint always guided us in the right direction and he is now a healthy and happy young adult. While when are children were first born, a decade ago, this office was very accessible. The past few years getting in has become quite the chore. Both needed physicals for scout camp over the summer, June call for August camp, end of September early October soonest we could get in, said I needed camp paperwork was told go to a minute clinic type place. Paid additional fees and started thinking why do I have this pediatrician?

how can people give to this doctor 5 stars? Omg! he is a very bad doctor because doesn't have good treat with kids. he does not born to treat with kids.

It doesn't seem like he likes kids. His interaction with my daughter was never the greatest. I denied my child getting the flu shot and instead of providing education as to why I should give her the flu shot he turned bright red and scolded my husband and I like we were some 5 yr olds telling me she could die. Meanwhile, she was receiving her other vaccinations. The rest of the appointment was so awkward. I tried giving him another chance but then they did not give me another appointment until 3 months out. He may overly stressed & overworked since his partner left? It doesn't seem like he likes kids. Dr. Toussaint is very thorough with his assessments. He didn't rush through it but takes his time addressing and explaining things. He asks a lot of questions to make sure the diagnosis is correct. He is a pediatrician and all my kids go to him. He is very good with kids. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. Love this practice and definitely recommend them. Dr.Toussaint is really a good doctor. but we are selecting another doctor for our son. I felt very bad today.... we had an appoinment today and we were late by 15mts and the receptionist in the clinic was very rude and she resceduled appointment and she didnt even gave me an appointment for the next 2 months...It is very sad to keep such persons in the clinic....so we decided to change the doctor.

really bad attention I will change of pediatric. I went today to ask some questions because my daughter have been vomiting. He just said she is fine, just give her pedialyte. I know that already so I'm just paying you to tell me the information that I already know? besides of that, seems like he does not have the really patience with kids. I've been taking my daughter to her clinic for almost a year since first time didn't like. I did want to give him a change but no. This last visit was enough

I was so very lucky to find this practice. In a day and age where we often are rushed at the clinic, this practice is the exception. Both doctors take the time to listen and answer questions. They take the time to explain everything in great detail so no question goes unanswered. I very highly recommend this practice. The nursing staff and office staff are just as amazing! We had Dr Toussaint for 12 years. He is thorough, competent, answers all the questions I have and follows up promptly when I call his answering service or need referrals for Audiology or other papers for the HMO.
