I have been a patient for 12 years now. I trust Dr. Shreck. He has performed a hip replacement for me and knee arthroscopy. He does xrays in office and joint injections (most orthopedics do not perform hip injections in office, he does and he is good). Getting into see him for the past few years has been difficult. The wait time is super long and when you are in pain and need relief there should be some urgent appts for established patients. This is very upsetting. I used to be able to call and he would fit me in within the week and I had no problem waiting up to 2 hours to see him to get relief.

I’ve had two full knee replacements, the first in 2019 and the second this year April 1st! Dr Screck is by far the best orthopedic surgeon. He’s very precise and expects the best outcome for his patients! I’m so glad I had my knees done. Both were bone on bone with little cartilage left. My quality of life was getting bleak. But now my knees are so strong and I’m walking perfectly! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Also his team is very professional and my physical therapists, Dave and Jessica were very patient and kind with me! Thank you again! He has replaced my two shoulders and one knee. He is an excellent surgeon. I find him quite personable. He has listened well to my questions and answered them clearly. I have one more knee to go so I will be seeing him again.

Very rude receptionist

Very arrogant, rude doctor. He may be skilled but I do not trust him enough to ever let him touch me.

Being 53 I was surprised to find out I needed a double hip replacement. Recommended by my mother, " who had a hip replaced" Dr. Schreck made me feel comfortable at the process I would have to go through. I couldn't believe how easy the procedure was. I was up and on my feet right after surgery on December 14th. I cant wait to do hip number two at the end of April!! Highly recommended! PS the therapy department is awesome. When you find a doctor who is so well trained, kind and precise,you recommend him to others. I am just sorry it took me so long to find him. Five years ago, I could have solved my knee problem.

Dr. Schreck performed total right knee replacement in October 2019. I knew it was bad for years and went to 3 or 4 orthopedists in a 25 year span. I finally decided on Paul Schreck, and I’m really glad I did. I do have Osteoarthritis and have had shoulder surgeries. It was a tough go of it in the early weeks, but I’m glad I did it now. Great Docter and PT in the office. Only con, are very long waits for appointments!

I am a 42 year old competitive weight lifter I have been competing for about 20 years. I have injured myself a few times Dr. Schreck has preformed surgeries on both of my shoulders and did an amazing job. As a matter of fact we are planing another surgery on my left shoulder at the end of the summer. I have refereed 2 of my friends to him and they had great success as well. Dr. Schreck performed a Total shoulder Arthroplasty replacement on me 8 weeks ago. He did a fantastic job! I went to a wedding 2 weeks, up to northern Michigan 3 weeks later and back driving by myself 4 weeks later and and I have gained about 95% range of motion. Thank you Dr. Schreck for the gift of being able to use my arm without pain and a very satisfactory range of motion. I have about 9 more months to improve my strength...I'm getting stronger everyday. DR.Schreck is a very kind and knowledgeable, He offers advice and insight of your medical problems.. Ps. Simply the best....

Dr. Schreck is an amazing doctor... I have no ligaments in my right knee and he did a minor surgery. However to keep me from getting a knee replacement he drained my knee and gave me a pain shot in it that lasted me for about 3 years... He’s Michigan’s Best in my opinion...

Dr Schreck is a knowledgable and caring Orthopedic Surgeon. I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery performed by Dr Schreck and he did one heck of a job. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease leading up to the procedure. Making a stressful situation that much easier to go through. 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Paul Schreck was very professional and insightful. His staff was wonderful too. I went there for a hip & knee problem that was severely limiting my walking and ability to exercise. Dr. Schreck did a thorough evaluation and found a problem I had not expected. He instructed me in exercises I could do, and he was accurate in his assessment and plan. Over only a few months, he has corrected my condition without meds or surgery. I highly recommend this doctor and office. Dr. Paul Schreck was very professional and insightful. I have had two knee replacements done by Dr. Schreck, I could not have asked for a greater surgeon. He is the utmost caring doctor. He sometimes is misunderstood because he is so in tune to perfection. Expects a lot from his self and staff. Would highly recommend Dr Schreck. His rehab is just as great.

Dr Schreck has performed two surgeries and both results were excellent!. He is profesional and extremely thorough. I cannot imagine going to any other doctor for an orthopedic problems.. The staff is excellent also.

Dr. Schreck did a thorough evaluation and found a problem I had not expected. He instructed me in exercises I could do, and he was accurate in his assessment and plan. Dr. Schreck has performed surgery on my shoulder, left and right knee over a 10 year period between age 40-50. After every surgery I recovered 100% and was able to actively play sports to include softball, volleyball and bowl without any limitations. I would highly recommend him for surgery.
