Dr. Rogers is the best OBGYN I have ever had.. I’m pleased to have met the best Doctor in the DMV area.. December 17th will be my last visit with Dr. Rogers.. ????☺️

This is the only place I’ve been to where the wait time is RIDICULOUS. No matter when you schedule you’ll wait up to an hour no less than 45 minutes to be seen after check in. For example I had an appt at 10:30 I arrived at 10:15 I was not seen until 11:35 AFTER I CHECKED IN. then I wait another 15 min for the dr to actually come into the room. Might I add while I’m being seen it feels like I’m being rushed out. If every other patient takes 20 minutes with the dr and I’m rushed after being seen for 5 minutes that’s unfair. I didn’t end up leaving until 12:30 I definitely do NOT recommend. I’m definitely thinking of changing my Obgyn because of this exact reason. Please get it tf together. No way. Everyone is cold without option, you have to figure things out yourself. My partner & i are first time parents and they immediately told us he couldn’t be in the office or the room together, no apology no remorse (i don’t care about covid restrictions, we live in the same house, whatever i have he has, perhaps limit the patient visits?). Theres no warm greeting or way of talking with patients, especially NEW patients...they should make me WANT to come back. My “MA” i believe, wasn’t very professional. When she couldn’t hear what i was saying it was a “Huh?!” instead of “I’ m sorry, I didn’t hear you”. When i asked basic ‘this or that’ questions, her response was “Whatever you wanna do” in a rushed and dismissive tone. Everyone talked as if i was a bother & not a pleasure. I was eventually ushered off to apparently the correct room, and waiting about 15 minutes on the phone with my partner. Dr. Rogers came in with a lukewarm welcome and proceeded to probe my vaginal canal, no conversation. Then came my sonogram on what looked like a computer from the 70’s! I never knew sonograms were INVASIVE, i didn’t even get a walk though on that! The mood finally softened when my pregnancy was verified. They showed my partner the heartbeat through FaceTime for no more than 5 seconds. I never got to see it. They printed a single photo, ripped it from the machine & handed the crinkled photo to me with a barely there smile. The sonogram photo doesn’t even have my name or the proper date & time. This was a terrible moment in my life. I really feel more welcome & special at Chick fil A & i only see them for 10 minutes at a time..... No way. I had a terrible experience today. I will not go back. My appointment was at 10:30am, I arrived at 10:26am checked into the appointment app that I had arrived and completed the medical history questions. 1/2 hour later, when nobody alerted me to come in the office, I attempted to call a couple of times and the front office staff kept answering the phone quickly saying hello, hello and then hung up. I finally went into the office and the staff stated "Oh you were supposed to come in when you arrived, I said, I checked into the app as the email told me to do. they said Oh we can't see the app info. I said then why did you send me the app. She proceeded to give me another medical history questionnaire and I said I already answered these questions. She okay just sit down and we will call you....45 minutes later, I was so upset I asked if I was going to be seen today and the staff call to the back office and then said they are waiting for a room to be ready. I couldn't believe what was going on. I finally was called back after 50 minutes and Nikki the nurse was very short as if she was annoyed at me, when I should have been, rightfully so, annoyed with the whole situation. Nikki took my blood pressure, which was high (I never had high blood pressure before and I was just seen by my 10yr Endocrinologist 3 wks ago) I told her it may be high because I was upset and she said NOTHING. She said you might want to see your Primary...I told her I didn't have a primary, that is why I was there. She then said, "you may want to call your Endocrinologist". I felt she was indicating that I was not going to be a regular patient at the office or didn't want me to be. I felt disgusted at the treatment I was being given. Dr. Roger's was fine and courteous and he was concerned about my pressure being high and wanted to have it checked again before I left. After my exam I was again waiting for my second blood pressure test and when Nikki returned she said "oh you can go". I said "the doctor wanted my pressure taken again" she said "oh yeah, that's right". I never felt so disregarded before in my life by a medical professional. I was recommended to this doctor by a relative, but I WILL NEVER return to this doctor again. If anyone cares about their time you might want to think twice before going to this office. If this review was only about Dr. Rogers I’d give him 5 stars as HE is fantastic! But the office staff? 1 star. If you’re a few minutes late they make you wait hours before you’re called to come in, which is completely unacceptable. And guess what? I arrived early several times and STILL had to wait forever to be called. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment then?Some of the staff is very sweet and friendly but there’s not enough of them! Many of them are extremely rude, no love or compassion in their voices, just ho hum robots who could care less about you whatsoever. It literally is just a job to them and the patients are nothing. That’s how it feels. If my insurance covered another establishment I would take it in a heartbeat and never come back! I usually see Tiffany NP when I visit. The online webpage is great, you can to see your lab results and it allows you to address Your concerns. From my view point the response time was reasonable.

I’ve been a patient since 1995. Staff is very professional and friendly. I can always get assistance when I need it. I never feel rush during my visit. I have been a patient there for years. It's seems like when they left the Bowie area, they left their customer service behind. The person who schedules their appointments is very rude. She should not have contact with patients. whenever I schedule an appointment for myself or my daughters they ask me for my insurance information which I don't always have access to. when I ask them to look in my file for the information, they refuse. When I have a appointment I'm waiting forever in the waiting room, and again when they put me in a room. Seems like they overbook all the time. I'm currently looking for a new office. This is literally the BEST doctors office ever!!! All the staff are so friendly, everyone makes me feel comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would!

The staff is great they are very kind there is a bit of a wait time but thats only due to the fact that dr.rogers is a very busy man I had a great experience with both my deliveries they always listened to my need especially when i was a first time mother and very scared I would definitely recommend.

He made me delivery amazingly fast and easy and was always available for my calls n questions when I was having contractions. He called me wen I forgot to make an appt. he made my sons birth a great experience and helped me threw a hard labor . Would recommend.

These people are rude and disrespectful. They lack urgency the front desk lady mouth is outrageous, the billing lady in the back I felt was being racist and difficult on purpose they refused to take a payment over the phone and and claimed “she’s doesn’t talk on the phone” my copay was 25 dollars they refused to see me I had scheduled surgery from Dr.Paul Rogers and needed more understanding I switched to a oasis women center in greenbelt I love them they care !!!! I found out I had a more intense but rare condition after doin a mri Nd ultra sounds something that the previous provider didn’t do before. I had one visit and the next thing for you I know I’m being scheduled for surgery . This would of messed up my chances of conceiving not even giving me a shot at all.. moral to the story is all they want is your money !!! They don’t care my doctor really took his time with me and I am really grateful to have him in my corner .

My insurance company refused to pay Dr. Rogers after a procedure. I fought for a year to get him paid. After a few years I'm having serious life altering complications and I make an appointment to find out the insurance company made him pay them back. They had me come in for an appointment only to refuse to see me until I pay them in full. I said I could work out a payment arrangement and that I was unaware that the money was owed. They refused to see me and wasted my time. Leaving me in tears and excruciating pain. Dr. Roger's has been the only OBGYN I have ever seen and has done all my procedures and I can't believe I'm being treated this way because of an insurance companies decision. I will report to the medical board. I'm left distraught that a life long doctor would treat a patient this way especially when I said I would pay even though I had insurance. Thanks a lot!

No bedside manner. A two hour surgery turned into 12 hours because he made a mistake..I’m still having complications a year later.

Worst place when it comes to the waiting time , it takes and hour from your appt time for them to take you back and another hour of wait to see the doctor. Don’t recommend this place .

I called Dr.Rogers to schedule an appointment due to terrible pain. He's been my doctor for over 14 years. Front desk staff Niki and other staff refused to schedule my appointment stating I would needed insurance information. I communicated I have been his patient for years and currently did not have my information but would like to schedule due to terrible pain. Staff refused and when asked to talk and or leave voicemail to Dr. Rogers they would not assist and refused to transfer call. I then requested his contact information for annapois location and or e-mail and that too was denied, lastly I asked for manager and they refused to transfer call. A patients health should be priority and as my doctor should not be denied the right to communicate with him. Staff members should not be allowed to treat patients and prevent patient to communicate concerns with their doctors. This was frustrating and a huge disservice. I was exposed to spinal meningitis at laurel regional where my son was delivered. I was suppose to deliver at Anne Arundel medical center but Dr.rogers would not sign off for me to deliver because he was on call at laurel regional. He insisted i get induced because i was suffering from preeclampsia. The damage that the spinal meningitis caused is still present to this day and i was infected June 7th 2013. Oh how i wish i would’ve just taken my chances and waited it out until delivery. I did get a chance to deliver my 2 child at AAMC and it was a wayyy better experience. Dr paul Rogers was the best for me and came as a savior as at the time I needed one that practice in Anne arundel medical center, he knows his job, well interactive and jovial as well.

Wait time was under 15 minutes. Everyone was kind, curtious, bubbly, and friendly from the front desk to Dr Roger's and everyone in-between! My visit today was an extremely pleasant and gratifying one!

Doctor Rogers has delivered my son via c-section and all of my nieces he also recently Gave me emergency surgery for a bursted fallopian tube and I was eternally bleeding he is the one of the best doctors I have ever known I cannot say enough good things about him I think he literally saved my life.

I Couldn't have asked for a more kind and calm doctor. I Have been seeing him since I was a teenager so to have deliver my first born was an incredible experience! Really a great doctor that cares about his pateients!

Dr. Rogers saved my baby's life! My membranes ruptured at 24 weeks due to incompetent cervix. Dr. Rogers and his team at Ann Arundel hospital worked diligently and conscientiously every HOUR to protect my lil one. Each day we kept the baby inside the womb was a blessing. My baby crossed a major milestone- 28 weeks! She was born @ 29 weeks and four days. Dr. Rogers was full of love and encouragement each time he visited me in my room. I strongly recommend him I can attest to his love & dedication

Dr. Rogers was an extremely polite, funny, and skilled provider! I went to him to get an IUD- he was quick to put me at ease despite my worries, and the process did not even hurt at all!
