While Dr. Rodriguez is a awesome surgeon the communication between his staff and my wife were sub par at best. From not responding to calls up to switching our doctor to someone we didn’t know and was not made aware of until the day of the procedure. Maybe it was us….I’m truly disappointed.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Rodriguez about a year or so ago. During the appointment(s} I had with him I found him to be rude, uncaring and not at all interested in me as a patient. I found his assistant to be the same. During any testing he never told me what to expect. Some of these tests are invasive. It would nice to know what to expect. During one of the tests I fell off the exam table. I received no help from Dr. Rodriguez or his assistant. On the first appointment I told him my concerns that I wanted addressed. I also repeated my concerns multiple times through all the appts. He never listened to me. His diagnosis had nothing to do with the concerns I had. Fortunately my PCP reviewed the test results and was able to address the issue.

Had a new patient appointment, I filled out my packet, they wrote the arrival time wrong on my pamphlet. Called to tell them the situation, they said they would have to reschedule me and they would call me back. When they did they said they would not reschedule me, doctors note. Called back to see why and was told because the doctor said so. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m in wheelchair and my bladder health is extremely important to me, but getting into these places, getting ahold of these places are a joke, and god forbid if something comes up and you can’t make it. Highly skilled Doctor, who listens to his patients and cares. His staff is professional and great to work with.

Dr. Roriguez is a wonderful doctor and is personable. I recommend him.

Dr. Rodriguez is a physician of the highest quality. His array of skills are astounding. I would recommend anyone looking for a physician in his field to go directly to his office.

Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful urologist. He listened to the challenges my family member was experiencing and had suffered through and offered immediate help to manage the issue. He added my family member for a surgical procedure to the end of his Friday schedule. That day. He truly cared. I highly recommend him!

I had a recent urology consult appointment with Dr. Rodriquez. My wife attended the appointment with me. We both loved Dr. Rodriquez. He has a terrific bedside manner and a very pleasant personality. He explained my condition thoroughly and in words we could understand. He answered all our questions and seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient. If you need a urologist ask for Dr. Paul Rodriquez - you won't be disappointed!

We are fortunate to have Dr. Rodriquez as one of top rated urologists in West Michigan. His knowledge and experience with prostrate cancer is beyond comparison. He and his staff provide the highest level of patient care and satisfaction through-out the continuim of the patient care experience!

Absolutely love Dr Rodriguez he performed a a miracle when he removed my husband's prostate. Most Doctors would of closed him up and walked away. 97 percent was removed husband still has a struggle ahead of him but he will get better. We are very GREATFUL.. Thank you so much.

Would feel very comfortable to refer anyone to Dr Rodriguez. Very skilled in his work and personable, yet straight forward in dialog. Friendly staff and timely apts were also appreciated.

The office did not have our records prior to our appointment which was disappointing. Dr. scrambled to obtain them in the middle of our appointment and was unprepared. If you are struggling with male factor infertility, we would not recommend this doctor. He told us our problem was natures way of selecting who will reproduce and who wont. We had many questions and he treated us like our problem wasn’t worth his time. He was highly recommended and we left incredibly disappointed and hopeless.

Dr Rodriguez is very kind gentle man that is very understanding and also a great surgeon. I had prostate cancer and he did the surgery on me I had literally no pain or side effects from the procedure.

The Dr. is quite unpleasant. He is rude to staff and didn't seem to care about my condition. It's time for him to take his millions and retire.

Definitely a positive experience for both the TUNA and finally the TURP procedure performed. Would recommend him to any PCP for referrals.
