This is my second visit with my husband that is diabetic that has neuropathy. Dr.Richter is absolutely wonderful podiatrist very caring and takes his time talking and explaining the issue. He has a wonderful staff that is very caring and professional . We definitely will be going back for all follow up visits. I will recommend to all my family and friends in need of a good Podiatrist. I would give zero stars if I could. The office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, downright lazy and unreasonable. I spoke with Dr Richter personally and unfortunately he doesn’t seem to care that his staff treat his patients horribly. In fact, he is fully aware that insurance HRA payments are not being credited to his patients and expects the patient to provide an explanation of benefits to be reimbursed after he has been double paid. This results in patients paying upfront and then having to wait over a month for claims processing and fighting with his rude employees to get your money back. They claimed they hadn’t been paid even after our insurance company called them to explain. They still refused to listen so I had to demand to speak to the doctor himself. He was condescending and unfortunately revealed what I feel is an unethical billing policy. Doctors need to understand that the staff surrounding you DO matter and if they’re nasty and lazy, you will lose patients. My husband will not be returning here after the ordeal we were put theough. Nobody should be treated like that or given such a headache while a doctor is double paid. Please, if you go here, expect to be treated with zero compassion or common sense and if you pre-pay, watch your insurance statements because their billing dept doesn’t know what they’re doing and will not credit you appropriately. We were sent a check only after I sent an email to the doc highlighting the payment from our HRA on an EOB. I had spoken several times with the office staff who argued and insisted they hadn’t been paid (a month later) and my insurance was also told that’s just their policy. None of the girls ever explained all they needed was the EOB or to offer any help. It took speaking to the doctor to finally get some instructions to get our reimbursement. It’s just not worth that much hassle. Save yourself a headache and find a doc who is not only good at what he does but has honest business practices and a staff that value your business. Great doctor, very nice and personable, no nonsense and right to the point, he explained the problems clearly and laid out a clear and reasonable plan to resolve my wife’s severe foot pain, We traveled an hour to see him and we don’t regret it, he’ll be our podiatrist from now on, my wife had another podiatrist and that doctor doesn’t get even close to Dr, Richter’s level of care and professionalism, my wife is very happy to have found him and so am I. The office manager is very rude. We have been seeing the doctor for many years because of diabetes. We drive 25 miles to get to the office. We will not be returning and will find a podiatrist closer to our home.

As a stylists in the Tampa Bay Area , After 2 months of agony and pain , I thought it was just scarred tissue that healed wrong under my foot. Dr Paul Ritcher, I cannot thank him enough for finding the very large peice of glass that was embedded in my heel! I highly recommend him , Dr Ritcher & his staff were nothing but kind and thurough. Would highly recommend Dr. Richter. He is a miracle worker. Had a severe case of Achilles tendinitis and he has really helped alleviate my problem. My foot is feeling better than ever. I just picked up my new custom orthotics and can’t wait to try them.

I have had past issues with other places regarding my toe and there was always a problem. Got a referral here and I can't lie I was very anxious awaiting the procedure but it was over before I even knew it began. It was completely painless and one of the most smoothest appointments I have ever had. Thank you

I had a thorn stuck in my foot, the hospital told me it would naturally work its way out, after a week my foot gained a big bump with pus so I came to DR. Paul Richter podiatrist office who gave me a new routine ( 3 times a day apply a warm compress, antibiotics ointment) after day 4 the thorn did work its way out! Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Richter has been my Podiatrist for at least 15 years. He was recommended by my primary doctor because I was having problems following foot surgery performed by another doctor. Dr. Richter agreed that it was a correctable problem and took care of it. About nine months ago I again had foot surgery for another problem and I can honestly say it was done so well that I hardly remember there was a problem. Thank you Dr. Richter!

Dr. Richter and his staff is very personable I love this office because there always friendly and helpful. Just call this office and they will get you in to see the Dr. ASAP .

I first came to Dr. Richter with severe pain in my foot. Doc worked with me on non invasive measures to help my pain and I'm so happy with the results. The whole office is amazing and I'm glad i made that first appointment here!

Today was my first visit to this practice. I am very happy that I came. The office is clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly & informed. Quite helpful as I was having balance problems & one member even made sure I got safely to my car. Dr. Richter is kind & caring & assured me that my toe was going to be fine & told me how to take care of it. I would feel good about referring family & friends to this office.??

I came in November for a toe fungus I've had for a couple of months. Dr. Richter recommended some options and decided to trust him and go with the best option. And 4 months later it's almost clear!! I AM SOOOOOOO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Absolutely friendly staff! I love that the doctor is available on Saturdays. I am so happy I came to Doctor Richter.

Dr. Richter is a amazing! Within 2 weeks of my first visit I am 100% better! I was very nervous and the entire staff made me feel socomfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Richter to my family and friends. He made a believer out me after eliminating some very acute foot pain with some simple, painless, non-narcotic fixes. In response to my inquiry, I also greatly appreciated his recommendation on shoe selection for working out and running. with hundreds (if not thousands) of sports shoes on the market, it is not to have an expert explain some of the differences and those differences impact my feet with my arch, etc. 5 star doctor!

I've had a big fluid sack below my big toe for awhile. I had a foot doctor tell me that I had arthritis, and there was nothing I can do except get injections. He gave me injections twice, but it was still hurting and getting bigger. I went to see Dr. Richter, and he immediately said that it was just an irritation caused by my shoes, and he needed to drain the fluid. Now, I have absolutely no pain, and the bump is gone.
