Dr. Paul Reiss

Doesn't prepare for visits or look at medical history before visits. Often has no visit notes for televisits. Routinely leaves patient, even severely injured, waiting in exam rooms and is 30-60 mins late. As are all of the physicians in his practice. Never apologizes. Has given incorrect medical advice (as verified by two specialists) With no staff checking in. He is the head of the practice. He is still taking new patients even though he is in the office only three days as are the other physicians in his office even though patients have hour waits and the doctors don't have time to spend with their patients. If doctor Reiss and his doctor's cannot serve the patients they have, why are they taking new patients?

He was my family doctor for many years, but the quality of care from him has worsened as years go on. He has canceled an appointment on me without notice. He considered prescribing me a depression medication that is easy to overdose on while knowing I was experiencing suicidal ideation. He is overall difficult to get ahold of and requires a lot of follow up if you need something from him in a timely manner. I would not recommend him to anyone. The practice has much better doctors to see.
