Second visit. Clear concise and straight to the point. My shoulder has old symptoms that were such that he said I cannot operate. I’ll recommend you to a more advanced specialist and will give you a cortisone shot to relieve pain and recommend PT locally. Direct, clear communication with a sense of humor if engaged!

Dr. Pflueger carefully examined my knees and explained why I had my knee ache. He provided a shot for the short term relief. He explained what my choices were for the long term and helped me arrange for that care with the physical therapists.

What a great clinic with an excellent surgeon, Dr. Pflueger. I had a rotator cuff tear which he pretty much diagnosed on my first visit. F/up visits, xrays, MRI and physical therapy are getting me back on the tennis court. As a retired pharmaceutical sales representative I have met many doctors over my 40 years working in the medical community. This was just an initial diagnostic visit, so not a lot to base the review on, but the wait time was short, the staff and doctor were friendly, efficient, and informative.

Dr. Pfluger has always communicated pros and cons of my surgery and remembers what's happening with it. He even remembers what my insurance will cover! He has great "bedside manners!"

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!!! Well, the X-ray tech so efficient and kind! Dr. Pflueger tells it like it is and he wants to address my situation right away he called for MRI! No guessing....just addressing the actual underlying problem. I am thankful for him. He also did surgery on Tori my husband‘s shoulder and was wonderful in his treatment… And overall care. Was on time for my appointment time. Staff was friendly. Lots of treatment recommendations and options.

I was impressed with Dr. Pflueger's knowledge and professional manner. Knows what he is doing and has put me on the right track for recovery.

Very organized and pleasant atmosphere. Needs to have a bigger waiting area, but very nice. Great service from receptionist, X ray tech all staff and of course Dr. Pflueger.

It is always a very positive experience. From the time you walk in and are greeted by the Receptionist, to the Physicians Assistant and finally the Doctor, Everyone and everything is friendly, polite, courteous and professional.

This initial visit/exam by Dr. Pflueger was great. The Doctors knowledge, concerns and assessment was extremely reassuring to me and my Wife who attended. His presentation of various medical procedures to attack the situation were discussed and agreed upon. When my Wife and I left the office, their was no question as to what should be done and Who should do it. We are grateful to your service.

Everyone was efficient and caring. Dr. Pflueger explained everything very well and gave me answers I had been looking for. Looking forward to the therapy and further consultations with the Dr.

Dr. Pflueger has an excellent bedside manner. He’s a great surgeon and explains everything he’s going to do and afterwards, he tells you what he did and why. I would see him again if the need arises.

I was early, as was Dr. Pflueger. It's a tightly run ship, with a friendly, approachable staff. Dr. Pflueger is keen to listen, never interrupts, always giving ample time to hear your concerns first, inspiring confidence. He is the second great physician I have encountered at Granite Orthopedics. It's like having two of your trusted friends, both being orthopedic doctors, with different specialties, at the same practice. Good results matter, and with them come peace of mind, you'll find both there.
