Dr. Paul D. Orr

I found Dr. Orr's demeanor to be terse and dismissive. I do not feel that he listened to, or appreciated, my sincere health concerns. I am a male, over age 50. He ignored several things on my intake survey, which is unsettling.

Scheduling my appointment online was fast and easy. His staff was able to schedule my referral appointment next day at a great time. Service was top notch here.

The website doesn’t function properly it doesn’t set up the appointment in the correct manner and they constantly text you an email you with the wrong times for your appointments. The front office staff is rude and thinks you know that there’s a difference between them and the doctors office and the website. To me it’s all one in the same. Extremely friendly doctor, good with conversation, and very knowledgeable. His recommended treatment resolved a 1 year issue, just amazing

Dr. Orr is amazing! He takes time during appointments, is genuinely interested and intellectually curious to thoroughly evaluate (H&P) to get the right diagnose and best treatment for his patients - which I am fortunate to be one of‼️????

This office staff and Dr.Orr have been my best experience ever! I have been coming to this office since I was a kid as well as all my family. The service is always so consistent and the girls there are so sweet and attentive I highly recommend them. Veronica and Patty are absolutely wonderful and my favorite, they have gone above and beyond for me in terms of my care and requests. Amazing Dr! Very thorough! After having the same Dr for over 20 years who Never even touched me during what was supposed to be a complete annual physical, it was incredible to find an old fashioned Dr who actually spends an hour with you, going over your medical history, listening to you, doing a complete physical including a pelvic and breast exam since he also practiced as an obgyn. My husband is now also going to him and he finally got a real examination also which included a prostate exam and fecal occult exam which our previous Dr never bothered doing! We pray he never retires!

Awful with keeping appointment on time. Have NO respect For people’s time. Notorious for having you wait up to an hour or more after your appointment time out in the lobby and another half an hour in the medical room.

On line appointments are not lnked to front office staff. I arrived on the scheduled date and was told that the appiontment was not confirmed. I even received email confirmation of my appointment. Staff stated on line appointments are not confirmed with office staff.

Saw me right away. Very experienced. Great bedside manner. Friendly. A great experience.

On a previous review I see that someone said that Claremont Medical Center was on Foothill. There may be a Claremont Medical Center on Foothill but the office at 430 W. Baseline Road, where Doctor Orr practices, has been operating at that address since the late sixties. Nothing has changed. Dr Orr has been my family physician for many years. He delivered my son and treated my aging mother with genuine care and respect until she passed away at 92 years of age. He’s an amazing physician.

Dr. Orr prescribed medications to my 83 year old father that jeopardized his health to the point that he had to be admitted to the hospital. The doctor was not thorough in checking out his health history before putting him on unnecessary medications.
