My doctor is Monty Barker. He's awesome!

Billed me for a scope that never happened. Staff is rude. I would not use him ever again.

My husband came to Dr Paul Neis because he couldn't breathe well and sleeping was a major challenge. He would always need at least 4 to 5 pillows to prop him up in bed to sleep. Thanks to Dr. Neis, my husband now sleeps soundly and is able to lay flat with one pillow for the 1st time since he was a kid. Also, a few days after sergery, we had a small concern Dr. Neis took no time to fit us in and told us to come by right then. Thank you so much for your service and kindness! it is taking me a while to do this review. Sometimes when we feel better and the job has been completed. We forget to thank those who took care of us. Paul Neis and his associates. Are at the top of there field in my book. There Heart is in there work and helping others. I haven't been able to breathe out of my nose for years. After surgery I was able to breathe without a problem. They say the more oxygen your body gets. The more energetic and less tired you are. I have hit the ground running. Haven't looked back since. I'd like to say that Dr Paul Neis and his staff are true professionals. I had a major sinus surgery and it went perfect. I receive allergy shots now from the awesome ladies in the allergy department All of the staff at Mountain Home ENT are a true asset to the community.

Chose Dr. Neis to remove sinus polyps and septoplasty. He really took the time to explain the procedure and expectations for results. I experienced no pain, swelling or bruising. The office and staff exhibited a caring atmosphere. I recommend Dr. Neis

Great doctor. Asked a lot of questions and was really attentive. When it came time for surgery was very helpful in explaining things and everything went perfectly including my recovery. The staff was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Neis and ENT Associates.

Stellar care from beginning to end, efficient and professional process at the office and through two surgeries, excellent bedside manner, personal phone call to follow up at home on a Saturday by Dr Neis himself, incision excellently stitched leaving an almost imperceptible scar, direct and honest information about my diagnosis. Stellar care from beginning to end, efficient and professional process at the office and through two surgeries, excellent bedside manner, personal phone call to follow up at home on a Saturday by Dr Neis himself, incision excellently stitched leaving an almost imperceptible scar, direct and honest information about my father's diagnosis. Offered treatment options clearly with risks and benefits of each. Better experience than that of a large academic hospital. Can't recommend him enough!

I recently had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Paul Neis, and I can recommend him and Mountain Home ENT & Allergy without reservation. Dr. Neis and his entire staff are highly skilled professionals.

Great Doctor and I received the best of care! He takes a lot of time with you and is very thorough with his diagnosis. My surgery and recovery couldn't have went better. I asked around and was told he is a very good surgeon and I must say I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Go to Missouri...epic failures at this office on simple procedures! You will experience unnecessary pain! Error ratio high. Avoid.

He is horrible. Started out my appointment yelling at me . Never did let me explain my symptoms or the timeline of recurrence . He thought I should have brought more records from 2 years ago . However he didn’t look at the current ones I brought in until I told him to look at them. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing and a waste of money . If you have vertigo or tinnitus go somewhere else .

Dr. Neis provided great teaching to me about how I can keep the conditions causing my symptoms under control. It is rare to find a provider willing to spend time doing this and not just giving a pill’

Best ENT in the area, great with kids.

I had nose surgery last year to correct my breathing problems due to a deviated septum and nose flaps. My breathing is worse and whenever I inhale deeply the nose flaps cut off my breathing completely. If anyone is considering this surgery with this doctor should go elsewhere in my opinion. I had several other problems with this doctor's office and feel I was treated in an unprofessional manner.

Absolute worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Called me by the wrong name, had wrong patient file, said my Nurse Practitioner wasn't a real doctor, said that because I read books and play guitar was the reason I was having throat pain, when in fact it was a thyroid tumor, diagnosed properly by an endocrinologist in Fayetteville. I had to leave his office before the appointment actually ended because I was so disgusted by his bedside manner.

He is cordial, patient and takes time to explain things and answer questions. Excellent in performing surgical procedures. My husband recently had surgery on his nose for removal of a tumor. Area healed beautifully. Have to look hard to see where the work was done. Looks like it was done by a plastic surgeon.
