Although Tara and Dr Means are fantastic people, when there is a need to been seen quickly....forget about it. The WVU system wont allow you direct access to the office, and trying to talk even with a nurse is quite an event. Again, super people, lousy system.

Worst doctor's office ever. They do not care about their patients. Most of the time they tell you to go to MedExpress because they don't have time to see you or they want to just call in a prescription. Even when we could get an appointment, you don't ever see the Dr. You always see the nurse practitioner. They couldn't find records sent over from a specialist. I was told they were probably there somewhere, but they are short staffed and things were piling up. They were bought out recently by WVU Medicine and did not notify patients of the change. We didn't know they no longer take our insurance until my daughter went to get her regularly scheduled allergy shots. The only reason we had stayed with them was because they were useful for getting a doctor's excuse for school. My daughter has a lot of health problems and missed a good bit of school. They would have an excuse ready to pick up without even seeing her. If you have any sort of real medical issues, go to a different doctor who actually cares. Worst doctor's office ever. Overall great experience, met with doctor and not PA, very nice staff and was treated well, doctor took his time with me and was very informative
