Dr Ludlow performed a difficult surgery on me resulting in an excellent result. I’m a doctor and he is highly regarded by his colleagues. I’m writing this to mitigate the whining patients who downgrade this highly experienced surgeon because they are miffed about finding a babysitter. OMG! No wonder the great doctors are retiring!

I had a good experience with his office and found them all to be friendly in nature. The doctor himself was very personable and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room either.

The office staff is a nightmare! We were quoted one price, which had to be paid up front, and was more when we arrived. Paid cash, the receipt was wrong. They billed us the balance we already paid. Found out later they make the client pay cash for this procedure to sidestep the insurance because insurance won't pay, then they don't bill insurance to hide it! Eve is the woman who answers the phone and she's very rude, to top it off Joanne the bookkeeper never returns calls. Avoid this doctor!!!

Office manager is a complete nightmare!!!!!!!! She scheduled my surgery on a day I was unable to have it done. I told her that time would not work, she said to me well your just going to have to find someone to watch your kids! That's when the doctor wants to do it and that's when it will be done she refused to reschedule and hung up on me 3 times after calling back! Now is not sending personal records as requested and hung up on me again! Disgusting and miserable woman, I would never go back!
