Amy that works in the office has a horrible attitude and is the sole reason I will be looking for another PCP. I was seen on June 27th and July 29th of 2021 They decided not to bill Aetna until 01/21/2022. Then call me and act like it was my fault and I'd have to pay them ???????? I work in a medical office and knew this was bogus... after asking her multiple times to get my explanation of benefits and listening to her nonsensical answers she reluctantly sent me them via secure fax. Only for me to see they had the wrong Aetna billing adress.... Lucky for me they waited so long that Aetna denied them. This is the practices fault not mine... Dr Linder is cool but rarely available and Dewayne is amazing and super kind!! However you have to see the nurse for everything. She's not as down to earth and seems like she hates interacting with people aswell... tons of other options look elsewhere. I have only been a patient for a few years. Dr Linder, his NP Theresa, DeWayne and Carrie are very pleasant and knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for Amy, this practice would be perfect. This Amy is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I call for either an appointment or if it’s for something I need, she is so unnecessarily ignorant. How does this person still have a job? She is condescending, sarcastic and definitely should not be working with the public.

my mom and i have been patients of dr linder for many years i can not imagine going anywhere else. everyone at this office has always been very caring and professional. thank you to the entire staff.

Awful. During my yearly physical, the doctor never even touched me, didn’t listen to my heart or lungs..nothing. He talked to me for ten minutes and looked at his laptop. He said I have nothing for you. The receptionist Amy is very rude and cold. Don’t waste your time.

The Dr and his team are knowledgeable, kind, caring and concerned. I thank them for all of their help during my husband's surgeries. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!

My husband and i have had nothing but great results with Dr. linder and his staff. They can get somebody in in an instant whenever possible. Please keep in mind that if you have any medicare program then medicare only allows 12 to 15 minutes to spend with each patient. Thats all medicare will pay for. We have gone to this dr. For years and have always had good results. Its a small office and we believe the crew does a wonderful job in taking care of their patients.if you cant wait for Dr. linder they can schedule you to see his nurse practitioner,theresa. It is a small office that treats you like a person, not a number. That is very important to me as I am older and some of these updated doctors offices just don't understand the needs of the elderly. A staff person answers the phone so there is no waiting for the correct "option". I often times have had the nurse answer the phone ! I have been able to schedule same day appointments for urgent matters with the Doctor or his practitioner. It is a small office that treats you like a person, not a number. The doctor and his nurse/assistant Dewayne are very knowledgeable and friendly, but the other staff members are very rude both in person and over the phone and make me feel uncomfortable coming here for treatment

My appointments are typically for annual physicals with the RN. Have always received a thorough exam and the results and recommendations are well explained.

same day appointments and I like the staff. You get a person on the phone when you call and not a machine

Dr. Linder is wonderful. You are not treated as a number but as a person. He listens to what you have to say. He is caring and never makes me feel like my concern are not important.
