Dr. Paul T Lee

I switched to Dr. Paul T Lee because I had been struggling for over 4 years with chronic insomnia. My hope was that as a "functional doctor", he would look at my body as a whole and help me find the root cause of this sleep issue. My first two appointments were cancelled on the day of. And the day of my appointment, I was awake for 3 days, and saddest o find out that Dr. Lee was no different that any of the other PCP's that I tried. His nurse was alike. No bed side manners or interest in knowing more about my medical history, quick to judge and dismiss. Harsh. I am not going to go into a lot of detail because is pettiness, but I find so demoralizing that the majority of the medical system in the US , specially in California, forget they sign up to help humans beings that are suffering. Maybe they became doctors for status, money or because someone in their family was a doctor. Who knows. All of these are wrong motives and it will show eventually. I understand we humans are flawed,

Dr Lee is the most caring, responsive, proactive and supportive physician I’ve ever had. Even when dealing with complicated and comprehensive issues, he gets you back on track to health and gives referrals to specialists treatments and diagnostics fast and without hassles whenever needed. He is truly also one of the hardest working doctors I’ve encountered, seeing so many patients a day and STILL taking the time to hear your concerns and help you in any/every way he can - hands on - accessible- Office Staff and his Assistant Myra are also efficient, friendly, caring and a joy to work with. I cannot say enough, words are not enough to express the loving care I have received for over 25 years with Dr Lee and his office - Regal/Lakeside Burbank. I miss you! ❤️????????. Jennifer N. One of the most responsive doctors I've ever had. He listens, he's efficient, and he gets you what you need. The office sees me without waiting forever, and they are organized and efficient. Can't ask for better!

Drive-thru medicine. What's the point?

Had to followup multiple times over several weeks.. Regal Medical and the doctors that are part of the service are abysmal.

I suffered through two horrible Internists before I lucked upon Dr. Paul T. Lee. He has been my Internist now for, wow, ten years. Unlike his predecessors, he actually listens to you and takes notes!!! He actually answers the questions you ask, with courtesy and clear, concise answers. He promptly submits all paperwork for seemingly seamless authorizations. I will always be grateful to him for his patience, compassion, and thoroughness. I suffered through two horrible Internists before I so fortunate to find Dr. Paul T. Lee. He has been my Internist now for some ten years. Unlike his predecessors, he really listens to you and takes notes!!! He actually answers the questions you ask, with courtesy and with clear, concise answers. He promptly submits all paperwork for seemingly-seamless authorizations. I will always be grateful to him for his patience, compassion, and thoroughness.
