Dr. Kinde is an amazing dr. It is his staff that is not. There is no Point in having a appointment. I arrived at 9:30 am. 30 minutes before my 10am appointment I had scheduled for a month in advance. I asked how many people were a head of me when I got there and lady told me 4. 2 hours later at 11:45 I asked again when will I be seen? Ladies were rude and said they are going in order and that they have walk ins to take care of as well. So after waiting over 2 hours I walked out, and will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Kinde and Karla went above and beyond with my last visit. They followed up at home to make sure i was ok they make me feel like i was going to be ok when i felt there was no end and most importantly they treated me like a person!

I love Dr. Kinde because he is an amazing doctor, but his front desk staff are HORRIBLE and RUDE! I’m switching doctor’s office because they are the most rudest people I’ve ever met and don’t even care about you! I’ve been to different consultation offices, but geez, this has got to be one of the rudest bunch I’ve seen. NEVER AGAIN. I feel bad for Dr. Kinde because he is a great doctor, but his staff just make you not want to come again. Hi, I just wanted to come out on this platform and say that I had a great experience with this facility. Not only was the services great but the employees where attentive to whatever the doctor or I needed. Recommend this place to my family and friends. Doctor goes above and beyond for his patients. Thank you ????

Dr. Kinde is a good doctor all in all but he lacks to control his staff. Over and over myself and my family have complained of different issues. They hardly answer calls when and if they do they leave you on hold for long periods of time each time. Front office have no social skills and rude to boot. Office needs a deep cleaning, lab tech does not follow OSHA protocol and the wait!! Expect to be there half a day even with appointment because they tend to schedule 3 to 4 patients at the same hour. I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR!!!!!!! If you can, stay as far as you can from this place! Staff are very unprofessional, especially the manager Mrs. Kinde EXTREMELY RUDE! Dr. Kinde requires you to go multiple times a month in order for you to get your medications refilled. They have lack of compassion, lack of professionalism, lack of people skills, and can care LESS for their patients. They call you for supid appointments you don’t even know or tell you what they want to see you about. They just want to charge insurance. What else. Lol. And no one seems to know what the appointment is for they just make you go, wait for hours before being seen. And then they say that it’s just to see if you need refills. When you were there two weeks ago. Ridiculous.!!! So if you’re ready to have the worst experience ever with medical doctor taken care of you or your love ones, and having added stress in your life, headaches, worries, and have simply having a worse time medical attention ever including hours waiting times, exposing yourself and love ones with sickness for ridiculous appointments. Go ahead. I’m so grateful we got rid of them And change to a better doctor. And went to a real doctor they can care for us. We wouldn’t go to him if he was the last doctor on earth!!!! Oh and by the way on their last visit we were very dissatisfied and didn’t see the doctor. I explain to Mrs. Kinde the manager that they shouldn’t charge Medicare for that visit, since we didn’t see the doctor, she had the audacity of saying that Dr. Kinde had more than 20 chairs in the front lobby and that they were never empty that they Didn’t need our service, that that one office visit was nothing, and that they didn’t need our service. If you can avoid this place, do so. The doctor is great, but the staff are horrible. You will wait at least 2 hrs before you get to see the doctor regardless of your appointment. Do yourself a favor and look for another place. I definitely will.

Dr Kinde and his staff were very helpful to my family and I in our fight with C19. I truly believe he helped keep me out of the hospital. Treated me professionally and respectfully. I would recommend dr Kinde to family and friends

I’m currently writing this from the exam room. I have been waiting 3 hours to see the doctor for a simple foot issue and physical. Even after checking with a nurse about the wait time she just walked away with no updates. Edit: the doctor ended up being ok. Just don’t want to go and wait 3-4 hours again.

That place is the worst!!! Staff is so unprofessional, and the wait even with an appointment is down right disappointing. Do not recommend unless you have the whole day to spare. I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I went to this clinic after going to a specific doctor for years. My previous doctor hadn’t been doing anything for me. I was getting worse and my family finally pushed to change doctors. That is when I was recommended Dr. kinde by a friend. He said Dr. Kinde was caring doctor with a lot of patients. Dr. Kinde’s help has made everything worth it. I can say I have been pleased.
