My exp w/ this practice was definitely not impressive. You will mostly meet an PA not the Dr. themselves. Specific example, I was meeting my urologist for another reason but he mentioned it looked like I had a hernia. So I made an apt w/ Dr. Keinarth who was unavailable so I met with the NP Kristin after waiting for abt 20 minutes. After the RN took my usual vitals I met w/ Kristin whose advice was that if my urologist thought that I had a hernia then I must need one. She suggested a script for imaging and then said I should simply check w/ the surgeon. I met w/ the surgeon and scheduled surgery 4 wks out. Since my hernia appeared to be getting worse, I called back Dr. Keinarth’s practice and asked if Kristin could give me the script she originally planned to give me. I was told that Kristin was out for a week. I asked if my Dr. Keinarth could issue one. I was given a stern No. I had seen a surgeon and that was that. So, my visit w/ Kristin was pointless and an expense. Useless.

I love my doctor she is amazing but as far as the staff goes.... Seemingly nice while I'm there but I have been battling with them to send my referral THAT THE DOCTOR RECOMMENED for 3 weeks..... I can never get in touch with anyone. I understand that I am not the only person in the world so I'm nice but when I'm aware that its already going to take possibly 3 months to even get in with the specialist and its looking like its gonna take me a month to get my records sent over I cant help but become frustrated. I have been a patient of Dr. Keinarth for many years and have always enjoyed his care. However, I went in for a checkup in May and had a couple of irritated and slightly bleeding skin tags that his nurse removed. That kind of procedure either cost me nothing in the past when seeing a dermatologist or $100 at most, when they are not infected and it would be considered non-covered by the insurance since it is cosmetic. Dr. Keinarth's office charged me $250 to remove them which took a few minutes and the insurance won't cover due to how the claim was submitted. I reviewed how my dermatologist submitted the claim from last year for the same work and it was covered in full. I tried to become a new patient,I was met with a very unprofessional person, she tried very hard not to register me. She kept repeating that their allocation for Medicare is full despite that fact that my primary insurance was Blue-cross. He diagnosed the issue and took care of me. He is my hero

I just want to thank Dr. Keinarth for finally getting images of my right hip pain that I have lived with for many years. The tear was visualized on the MRI and I just finished making an appointment to see Dr. Heinrich on September 10, 2020, at 8:30 am. It is finally realized that I am not a "nut" and am just searching for pills. Dr. Keinarth is my hero. Thanks, Dr. Shirley Smith, Ph.D., FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Keinarth for about 10 years. I have found him to be very attentive of issues as well as patient and engaging when I have questions. He is a gentle soul and it is obvious that he cares about his patients, staff, and overall practice. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have used Dr Keinarth for over 22 years.

Where do I begin. The doctors, nurse practitioners, the nurses and staff are, courteous, professional, and very caring. I would recommend these medical professional to anyone. They are the best.

I have been going to doctor Paul Keinarth for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, GREAT bedside manor, very patient and a sincere listener. His team is always very helpful and friendly as well.

Dr. Keinarth was very kind, caring, and thorough. That’s hard to find in a doctor these days! I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the front staff and nurses were too. Glad I finally found a good doctor in Austin!

I have become even more appreciative of the care I have received over a fifteen year period since relocating and trying to find someone even close to his level of competency and compassion.

Great PCP. Good bedside manner and good communicator. Office staff are friendly and competent. PAs are fabulous.

My wife & I both use Dr Keinarth. All staff in the office very caring and thorough!

I've been seeing Dr. Keinarth going on 20 years now. He is professional, personable, and really cares about the individual.

The staff are super nice and they are very thorough. Dr Sarah is so sweet and cares about her patients. Highly reccomended!!

Dr Keinarth is relaxed, courteous, knowledgeable. I've also had excellent encounters with Kristen, one of the PAs.

Dr Keinarth is the best family doctor ever and he is very compassionate. I have been going to him for 17 years. Love his staff too.

Dr. Keinarth and his staff are wonderful at focusing on and listening to the patient. They also are excellent at discussing various treatments and making sure the patient is fully informed. Because there are 2 PAs plus other medical technicians, there is no problem getting a same-day appointment for something like a cold, flu or muscle pain. All their employees are friendly and efficient.
