Dr Hughes has done both of my knee replacements. He is a skilled surgeon that know how to evaluate and solve orthopedic issue.
Dangerous guy. Read an MRI and immediately told me I needed a hip arthroscopy because I had a labral tear. I was in constant pain for 9 long months afterwards even though I asked what the recuperation time would be -- he was evasive about the answer. After I went to another orth. surgeon who read the same original MRI he told me it never said I had a labral tear -- but since the surgery I now have one. There's also a free floating bone fragment from the operation. Very, very scary.

Dr. Hughes is an excellent surgeon. He replaced my knee using a modern, custom implant. He is caring, compassionate and is currently helping me transition back to work. His staff is pleasant and responsive. It is hard to find such an accomplished Worker's Comp surgeon. Dr Hughes has the education and expertise. He is one of the good guys.

Excellent doctor very good bed side manor. Dr hughes is excellent on explaining your condition and telling you ALL possible medical options not only what he fells necessary overall experience was fantastic only thing that I can complain about is sometimes there is a long wait. Overall fabulous dr.
