Dr. Horn makes the pain go away!????

I just had carpal tunnel surgery by Paul Horn and it appears to have been a success. Everyone at the surgery center was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Surgery went as I was told and recovery has been as expected. The flawless operations at the Surgery Center are a great benefit to patients. Smooth as glass!

It was my first time at this office. Office staff was very welcoming and Dr. Horn was very nice

This was my third surgery with Dr. Horn, and my seventh surgery at this surgery center. I live in Lewiston and do have options locally. I choose NWOS every time because of the care I get here. This is the only place I trust to get the best results. Thank you Elaine Casteel

Dr.Horn is professional, helpful and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I came whit a fracture thumb and he fitted a cast for me. Thank you for helped me out whit this healing process.

Great appointment. Dr. Horn is really easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. First visit and we were able put together a game plan for my care. One of my most positive experiences in health care ever.

Dr. Horn & the whole staff were so friendly. They listened to my concerns, we discussed options and we made a plan together. I also appreciated how efficient the visit was, I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room or to be seen. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

I had 2 surgeries, and had amazing experiences with all the doctors (especially Dr. Horn) and nurses. They are very attentive, kind and professional. I definitely will share my experiences with my family and friends. I am grateful ????

Dr Horn is exceptional from start to finish. Here is beyond expectations of any doctor I have had. He just called out of the blue to check on my healing process. Beyond skilled and beyond talented. So down to earth and he listens to your needs and what is best for his patients. He thanked me for being a patient. His scheduler Melissa is beyond amazing as well.

Dr Horn and the rest of the staff did a great job of taking care of me during carpal tunnel surgery! My recovery has been very fast, too!

I have had several procedures done by NWOS over the years. Every experience has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Horn and Todd Ostlie made the whole process easy. This the second Doctor I’ve seen at this practice. Doctor Wallace did an amazing job on my shoulder. The follow up care was just as amazing! Doctor Horn is seeing me now for a wrist issue. Great experience from start to finish. Dr Horn has a very professional team and they took all of the possible anxiety out of my first surgery. After 1 day, I need no pain medication for my Carpal tunnel surgery, I feel fortunate to have had such great care.

Dr. Horn listened to me, he helped me with 2 different issues at my visit. He gave me alot of information about my past and present hand conditions. I would recommend Dr. Horn to anyone who has hand issues. He treated my trigger finger with an injection and explained how my surgery done in CA with another doctor didn't have favorable results and how he would make every attempt to help and repair my ongoing problem done by another surgeon. I am definitely going to have the new surgery asap.

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. He took time to explain everything about my injury. He explained options for treatment, including conservative, non-surgical. When I decided on the surgical option for repair, the pre-operative EKG and other tests were efficiently completed.

The entire staff was efficient, courteous and timely. I highly recommend this office. Dr Horne was spoke in English so I could understand what was going on. He seemed extremely concerned with me as the patient.

Dr. Horn diagnosed a torn ligament and fractured pinky finger. I waited two months before seeking treatment. It amazing how a little finger can be so painful. Dr. Horn sent me to a PT. I now have two finger braces that are God sends. It relieves most of my pain. It is an attempt to let it heal without surgery. I am so very thankful to Dr. Horn and Clint. I would highly recommend Dr. Horn, his office staff and therapist.

My experience at NW Orthopaedic includes 2 hand surgeries plus the needed diagnostic and post-op visits. From a process standpoint, everything was scripted and effectively communicated in advance and everything ultimately transpired exactly as planned. NWO is highly organized & professional and delivers first rate service. Dr. Horn informed me, each time, about the risks associated with my needed procedure and detailed what to expect during recovery. Both surgeries went far better than I anticipated as did my recovery time. My first surgery fixed my hand issue 100% while I just had my 2nd surgery 24 hours ago (and I am feeling great). From a customer service perspective, Dr. Horn and the entire staff at NWO are genuinely caring, outwardly friendly & engaging, and demonstratively capable. My lofty expectations, in this case, were definitely exceeded. Dr. Horn and his staff, are compassionate & caring and feel absolutely confident in selecting them!

Paul has treated me twice. Once for my bicep tendon and once for my pinkie finger. Both experiences were excellent.

I was having terrible pain in both thumbs and dr Horn took good care of me and so far they haven’t bothered me, but if I have problems in the future, I will definitely see dr Horn again

I have been suffering with carpal tunnel for over 7 years. I'd resigned to this being my new normal because of the cost of having any kind of surgical release. This past year I've had many medical issues with no known cause except the possibility of the issue being lack of sleep. I've not been able to sleep more than an hour at a time because of numbness. Since I met my outrageous deductible, I figured now was the time to get it fixed. I live in Idaho, and love my primary care doctor, but after the local place lost my referral after 2 months, my partner started making phone calls. He spoke with Melissa, Dr. Horn's surgery coordinator and she gave us all the advice. We ended up at Spokane Spine Center for the nerve testing (100% recommend) and with Dr. Horn for the surgery. Two weeks before my surgery, the local neuro place FINALLY called to schedule testing... I said no thanks, obviously. Dr. Horn performed my right hand CT release, and within a week, I was able to sleep in my right side with no numbness for the first time in over 7 years. My handwriting is legible again. The incision and sutures look amazing. Dr. Horn is exceptionally gifted, confident, and kind. All of the staff and providers at Holy Family and NWOS have been patient and helpful and kind at every appointment and on every call. I am very much looking forward to my left hand surgery. My right hand had Carpal Tunnel. Dr. Horn was very kind, considerate, and thorough during our discussion. He explained everything he would do to operate, and the operation went without a hitch. My hand is now back to normal and I have full use of it without any pain or stiffness. Thank you!

Dr. Horn operated on my husband's right hand. He was professional, he explained the procedure in detail, presenting all the options and leaving the final decision to me. My husband also appreciated his honesty about the left hand not being a candidate for surgery because the nerves were too damaged.

Dr. Horn is an amazing and talented doctor when it comes to repairing trigger fingers! I had put off surgery for several years, dreading the process, but Dr Horn's expertise made it simple and the downtime was minimal. Dr. Horn was very competent and helpful for my joint problem. We decided by mutual consent that my pain was not so severe that surgery was the best course at this time.
