Super helpful people at this location. Highly recommend!

I had a great exam. I didn’t feel rushed and the doctor answered all of my questions. The office staff was very polite and helpful as well.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. Eye exam was routine as usual, however, I will not be buying glasses or contacts from this location again. When purchasing contacts, my insurance would not have been applied if I had not confirmed with my own insurance benefits and had them double-check. Furthermore, I was told there would be a $200 mail-in-rebate for the contacts purchased. I was given the wrong rebate flyer, never given the code required for the rebate, nor the receipt needed (these were provided to me after calling and requesting them). I contacted the rebate company customer service because I was unable to complete the online form and was informed that there was actually no rebate for the contacts I had purchased. After attempting to resolve this with Pearle Vision, I was offered a measly $75 off the cost of a new pair of glasses (after insurance), which would require me to only give them more money. No thanks. If you do decide to visit, make sure any rebate information is accurate and know your insurance benefits, otherwise you will end up paying more than you expect.

The eye doctor was extremely professional and knowledge. He explained everything he was checking and made me feel very comfortably

Great customer service all around. Nice frames and good prices. The only thing is when I picked up my ready glasses I’m used to someone making sure the frames fit well on my face. Well they did.

Staff was very nice and exam was quick.

I went for my annual visit and the doctor asked me what I was there

the doctor didn't greet me when he called my name, he keeps just giving directions without explain more about what he is doing.

Glasses done incorrectly. Customer service is bad. Eye doctor was good and knowledgeable. Stuff not professional. Will fight for refund.

Beware of eye exams with masks on. I kept fogging up all the tools used in my eye exam, which made it extremely difficult to feel like I was getting a proper exam. Examiner had minimal people skills in realizing this and accommodating accordingly.

Dr. Crooks was wonderful. The front staff was friendly and helpful.

Very professional.

Easy, Fast everyone was very nice.

The eye doctor and staff were pleasant, efficient, and very safe and cautious with cleanliness

I had a through eye exam, most of the time wearing my mask. I felt safe, and was pleased with the eye exam.

As compare to other providers felt complete satisfied, with reference to Dr. time spent, time to discuss with patient and selection of glasses. I felt Pearl Vision took care of my eyes by annual reminder, appointment, discount in items.

When I arrived they took me right away. The space is set up COVID19 ready. No one is near anyone. People that work their are very professional, and friendly. I recommend going there.

Both the doctor and the Artie at the front desk were very friendly. Artie took his time with me to talk about my options for glasses and adjust my current pair as I wait for my next pair. He was very attentive and patient with me.

The exam performed by Dr. Crooks was extremely thorough and very professional. He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. The front office staff were great too, very courteous and knowledgeable.

The excellent customer service and the attention of Dr. Philip Crooks always the best, his candor and charisma make me feel very good, and he clarifies all my doubts.

At a time so distressing to us all, the level of care was excellent for what was needed and everyone remained 6 feet apart, even during the thorough exam. Unfortunately, my glasses broke and the prescription was outdated, so an appointment was important. Everyone in the office was very helpful and informative. In the future, I will trust all my eye care & exams to the optomotrist I saw today. Thank you for helping me & thank you for your work & care. Me and my daughter (who is 8) both went and it was great! The eye doctor that did my daughters exam was very patient with her. Everyone in the office was so nice! I have been going for a couple years now and they have late appointments which is awesome!
