Dear sir, You told me to take Clotrimazole 10 mg 5 times a day. After 4 tablets took me, After my tongue and mouth problems got worse and I felt dizzy and nauseous, I felt very bad than I stopped taking that medication, After taking this medication my mouth and tongue problems increased . Now what can I do, please Sir help me.

Professional and all great

Had a great experience, all staff very professional and friendly.

He was able to order a CT scan & diagnose the problem. Only complaint I have is I wanted to see his audiologist & she has not answer my calls.

My experience with Dr. Foster and his team was exceptional from start to finish. The surgery he performed changed my life for the better. Highly recommend him, extremely patient, knowledgeable and patient.

Indeed this Dr is a scam! I went there for a visit and he charged my insurance $470 for a surgery I NEVER HAD plus $240 for a fast visit. What a shame Dr Paul! Never again! BE AWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!

He is so nice and was great with my daughter. He cleaned her ears which took less then ( min and charged me over 200$ After my dedication from insurance.

Only posting here because I think the 2.2 average star rating is too low. I will maybe buy that it might cost more than people think. What I was charged was more than I thought but I mean it wasn't outrageous given my type of plan. I came away thinking that the Dr. knew what he was talking about, was able to talk about certain studies that came out recently for my particular issue, gave me ample time to ask questions, and the outcome seemed appropriate to me. Dr. Foster provided excellent care to me. It is uncomfortable to have anyone attempting to remove an object from your ear, although I felt safe with him. Delightful conversation-- he can give you good tips on making sourdough :)

When I asked the front desk to explain, she simply answer that depending on the procedure the consultation could be from $300 to $500 depending on procedure and most likely I would be within the $500. All the bad reviews are true, charged an additional $265 to stick scope down nose, after telling him I have a reoccuring problem and have many scopes that show nothing and this will probably show nothing. No time for patient. Dr. Foster has a fairly arrogant bedside manner and rushes through the examination. I did not have the impression that he was thorough. I had a problem with my voice and he checked it, but he did not react when I mentioned having GERD (which may have had a lot to do with my symptoms). He mechanically did the nose-camera examination (not very gently, for two days I had a sore throat) and he told me to go to speech therapy. However, contrary to his promise, his office did not follow up and recommended a therapist, nor did I get a script for it. I do not recommend Dr. Foster, try to go to a doctor who cares. As everything, charge you an arm and a leg for simple check up

To begin with, I went to Dr foster to get a second and professional opinion about a precidure done to me by another Dr. I didn’t feel it was much of an educational chatting, he was uptight, uncomfortable about my questions all the time. I had a septorinoplasty permoformed 3 weeks ago. He inserted a nasal endoscopy into my nose at “3 week post op”! and when asked about if it was save to do so he asured me it was and made me sign a concession form. I think it was unnecessary to go through that precidure knowing I was swollen from the surgery, not a responsible move from someone in this practice. Guess what he said??? Ohhhh you have a lot of “Allergies” really ??????? Tell me something I didn’t know such as what kind of allergy I’m suffering from like rhinitis so to speak! . He didn’t dignose me with an specific allergy. I told him about my postnasal drop symptoms, He brushed it off. He prescribed with a medicated spray nasal solution called “olopatatine” which I ended up not using because his attitude made me feel I was not being taken care with high standards. Also that nasal medication has being reported with sides effect like septum perforation (“rare cases”) among other..... Furthermore, he didn’t even suggest me to ask my surgeon prior of using the product. He wanted to pass over my Surgeon with not regards or care for my wellbeing. He only cares about making $$$$$$$$$. He might have been a better doctor decades ago but as far as my experience, I didn’t see a sign of humanity or compassion on the other hand what I perceived was a money maker who was a braggart talking about his everyday “septal surgeries”. Dr Foster barely checked my ears for less than 5 min. He didn't remove the wax at all and they charged me "two" services "Office Visit " and "Remove Impacted Ear Wax ". His phone secretary just justify that you have to pay again if you come back to the office for removal of the remained wax. Please don’t go!!! Save your money find another dr. Absolutely useless visit. And the Dr. proved again he is no good. I went to him aver 10 years ago and again 2 weeks ago - I actually did not remember I’ve seen him before untill I made the appointment and it came up in my records. 10 years ago I went for to check my sinuses regarding a post nasal drip causing reflux ...he put the camera in my nose and told me there is nothing wrong.... completely incompetent. This time I went due to a clogged ear ( middle ear) caused by fluid in eustechian tube. He said nothing so wrong and I have to blow my nose to unclog the ear. Not only as uninsured I needed to pay $200 for visit - additionally made my pay $100 for inserting the camera in my nose which was completely uncalled for as He could see it through my ear. He said he is not going to treat me as he does not see anything wrong and wanted me to go to another dr to get my lungs exrayed. Dr. Foster was good as far as addressing my medical condition is concerned but what I an highly upset about is the 2 minute nasal endoscopy for which he charged $204.45 for which I have to pay $44.45. I felt the procedure was unnecessary and included in the consultation. Doing a 2 minute unnecessary nasal endoscopy is just a way for him to make ectra money at my expense and the insurance. Iseen this doctor for about 12 years. He is amazing. He knows a lot and is always ok to explain to you in non doctor terms. Im always amazed a people saying he only takes 5 minutes. It takes a very good doctor to figure out what your problem is in 5 minutes. When I had big issue he stayed with me for a lot longer. Very patient. Put up with my crying (I had bad news). He is the worst doctor I ever visited!!! Stay away from him. Before choose to go to his office that he has in Miami Beach and also in Aventura I read all the review (it was bad and good and never know what kind of doctor you will visit untill you there. One person mentioned in his review that he was charged $ 200 just for cleaning his ears at the office. Well ... I must confess I was shocked when they charged me $ 199.80 for just puting camera in my nose to see whats going on there. I was sick 2 weeks and I have chronic pharyngitis that I was diagnosed since childhood. But Dr.Foster just so weird he doesnt want to listen his patiends, he is rude and unprofeccional. Just looked up Dr. Fosters number on google to make an appointment and noticed he had a bad review. I've been seeing him for over ten years and wanted to say he is one of the most professional and caring doctors that I've ever been to. Usually, I don't write reviews but wanted to set the record straight.

Great doctor. I had a cyst in my mouth which was very uncomfortable and he was able to remove it right in the office with no pain. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Foster is absolutely amazing! My husband just had a tonsillectomy and was beyond nervous to get this done at his age! Not only did Dr. Foster make him feel comfortable about getting the surgery......he answered ALL of our questions without hesitation! Needless to say....the surgery was an absolute success and the recovery was way faster than expected due to Dr. Foster's experience! Today my husband is a new man because of him!!!

Worse dr I've ever come across in Florida. I went for a sleep apnea condition, he comes into the room for just a couple of minutes, doesn't listen to the symptoms I'm trying to describe and when he wants to perform an endoscopy, I ask about the cost. They refuse to give me even a ballpark price, they say I shouldn't worry about it as its probably covered by my insurance, and trick me into doing it on the spot. Result: he claims I have no sleep apnea and a month later I receive a bill for $500.

Great experience!

He was in and out in about 5 minutes, he didn't even listen to me. I have been having ear and throat problems for 3 months and he didn't even look in my ears. He threw a scope down my throat and said everything was fine and left the room! He couldn't answer any of my questions, he was the WORSE doctor I have ever seen and I do not recommend him, I had no idea as I was referred to him through my primary physician. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
