Simply put, The Simple Traditions staff and process is reminiscent of patient centered health care of long ago. Dr. Dibble and his staff are amazing, and are the example for how patient care should be done. for far too long going to the doctor has been like buying a new car, it never turns out the way you thought and the cost is ALWAYS far too high. Not at Simple Traditions! I finally found my family doctor. Thank you Dr. Dibble for providing personal and valuable patient care at an affordable price.

I've been going to Dr Dibble for approximately 10 years. Dr Dibble is a knowledgeable and intelligent medical doctor. I have Never had to wait in lobby. The appointments are scheduled, according to your medical issue, far enough apart so they do Not overlap. Dr Dibble sits and Listens to what is going on with the patient before examination, writing prescriptions, or making any kind of suggestions. The entire staff is Excellent! Each and everyone of them, working together, with knowledge in their field and great attitudes, making the whole experience pleasant. They are in Health Care but most importantly, they Care About Your Health. I would and do recommend all my family and friends to go to Dr Dibble for their medical needs.

Don't ignore the negative reviews. Dr Dibble was spoken of very highly through a mutual friend, I've been looking for a new family practitioner who shared the same values as me, and I thought I finally found one. I called first thing this morning to get an appointment today because I've been suffering with the same cold/virus my daughter had last week. Nobody else will prescribe me antibiotics for my ear infection, eye infection, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and my husband has been taking time off work to help me with our toddler because I've been miserably sick. The receptionist said they have a 4 WEEK wait time "procedure" to see new patients for absolutely no reason at all. I asked her to speak with the doctor and see if he would be willing to see me today, she said that is something she could not do, and I should see another doctor if I feel it necessary. This doctor clearly doesn't have his patients and new patients best in mind. He's just in it for the money like everyone else. Don't ignore the negative reviews. The staff is more about policy than about helping patients who are sick. Dr. Dibble has been our Dr. for years and when we need him most we can’t get in for a week. It’s not what it used to be!! It’s a HUGE disappointment and we will be finding another Doctor that has staff that cares. It’s too bad, because he’s the best!!

Am not happy I am a driver. Missed my check up. Called on Saturday left voicemail at assistance desk. Never got a call back Stopped in to see if I could get at least a prescription for my low t. Doctor was in office no patients. Would not see me. Had to go thru front desk. Would not even give me a prescription since I have been out for awhile. Like I said I am a driver. Over the road. We appreciate the reasonable pricing for check ups and the low cost for onsite test results. The office was also very helpful in setting up a discounted rate for an MRI.

Dr. Dibble has been our family doctor for several years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. He takes his time with his patients and truly listens. We never have to wait and he is always in the room right at the appointment time.

I truly believe he cares about his patients. He takes his time with you and we never feel rushed. He has been our family doctor for the past 5 years. We are always seen on time and never have to wait. I am so thankful for Dr. Dibble and the care he has provided for our family. You can’t find many doctor like him. The office is always clean and we are always welcomed with the same filmier faces. The rooms are big enough for my double stroller. We love Dr. Dibble and highly recommend him.

Their support staff are unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Hopefully you don't have any questions when you go in for a nurse visit because he/she won't have the answers and the doctor won't talk to you unless you come back and pay for a wellness visit. Our family is truly thankful for Dr. Dibble. I have 3 children that see him and he has been their doctor since birth. He doesn’t rush you and actually spends time with his patients. He listens to how the parents feel and let’s you make medical decisions together. I truly feel like he cares about his patients.

Love going to a doctor where I don't feel like I'm part of an assembly line. Dr. Dibble is knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He genuinely cares about the heath of his patients and takes the time to answer all questions.

I took my 10 year old daughter to Dr. Dibble to have an iron panel done and he refused to do it. He wanted to run a CBC panel first which we've already done and it came back normal. She has every classic sign of iron deficiency and I wanted to rule that out with the iron panel. I agreed to do the CBC again and asked him to please do the iron panel as well to prevent her from having blood drawn TWICE. My daughter has Sensory Processing disorder and is extremely sensitive to needles. He refused and said that if her Hemoglobin was normal that her iron would be normal. That is completely incorrect. I was very disappointed in this Dr. knowledge of iron deficiency and willingness to work with my SPD daughters needs. This a very professional doctor who really cares about his patients. He take the time to listen and talk to his patients. He is not quick to put you on prescription drugs.

Great Doctor. We drive about an hour to go see him and it is worth it. I don't think we have ever had to wait more than a couple minutes to get called back and seen.

Just had our first appointment with Dr. Dibble yesterday for our two children. The experience was wonderful! Their appointments were at 1:30 but we were expected to arrive by 1:15. We actually got there at 1 and we were IMMEDIATELY (i mean, we didn't even sit in the chairs in the waiting room) brought back to take measurememts and weights. As soon as the nurse was done with that, Dr. Dibble came in. He had a terrific bedside manner and worked very well with our children. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We could tell that he truly cared about his patients. Their office does not accept insurance but their prices or so very reasonable and affordable. We honestly paid way more at Texas Children's just to have blood work done on a visit for one child than we did with Dr Dibble to have two new patient well child check ups and blood work done in one visit. I would also like to add that another family came in as we were checking out. They were immediately taken back just as we were. It's obvious that this office has great time management skills and isn't trying to stack appointments just to make an extra dollar. Quality time for the win! I don't think I could be more thrilled. I saw the doctor for the first time yesterday. It was a contrast to the doctoring I've received for the last 30 years. Dr. Dibble listened, he was analytical but not cold. He made sure he understood my condition and his diagnosis was to the point and clear. He was interested and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Jointly, we developed a plan with milestones and a process for anything that wasn't working. I am impressed.

I was surprised at how much time he took to be with me and answer my questions. It's nice to see a doctor that really cares!

Drove all the way to his office just to be told he didn't treat the condition I had specifically made the appointment for. His office staff was inept. My favorite was when they called to harass me for being stuck in traffic. Not a very good first impression.

Been feeling very sick. I called to ask a few questions and the lady I talked to was extremely rude. I could not believe they she treated some one needing medical attention. Went there once with my boyfriend and had a great experience. Then I called and she was so rude. Customer service goes a long way. I will never go back there.

Dr. Dibble went over and above to help me with a serious infection I had in my arm that came on quickly. I had been to a local Memorial Hermann clinic in the Woodlands the day before and was charged an ENORMOUS amount for basically nothing. I heard about Dr. Dibble later that day and scheduled my appointment...which he saw me immediately. After a few followup visits I was back to normal. He charged me a mere fraction of that Memorial did, and he correctly diagnosed the issue and made follow up calls and visits with me until I was in the clear.
