Dr Daines was though and told me he could help. Scheduled an appointment for a procedure.

Dr. Daines was very caring and took the time to explain my situation with my feet!

Dr. Paul Daines and Justin Kiesel within Physical Therapy, of Tri-State Orthopaedics provide wonderful care. I had a nagging foot condition and resulting surgery that was recently completed by the team of Dr. Daines that has put me on a trajectory to continue a very active lifestyle. All at Tri-State Orthopaedics have been friendly and very easy to work with. Having surgery and the resulting recovery time is always tough and does yield obstacles to overcome…sometimes obstacles which one never truly anticipates. Dr Daines was very personal. He took the time and answer all my questions. He made sure I understood exactly what the surgery was and the risk. His office staff was very pleasant and his scheduler was awesome.

Friendly staff. Dr. Daines started working on my problem the very first visit with a cortisone shot that helped tremendously. Then came up with a plan for treatment going forward.

I wasn't happy with Dr .Daines the way he talked to me .I felt he was rude .I was wanting to check on my insurance to see if it was cover for the options he said I needed to do .He was fast to leave .I felt I didn't have time to ask any questions .I was handed some lift's for my shoe's but no one in the office explained what they were for . I'm 68 yrs old and have never had this experience with a Dr. I've been in the medical field for 32 yrs .And have never been treated this way .

I was out of the country when I got injured. I needed to have surgery and opted to come back to the states. Tri-State Ortho got me in immediately, and Dr Daines got the surgery set up for the following week. The doctor and staff were friendly and amazing.

Kind professional and they got my son right in didn't have to wait like most places

Very helpful and nice guy! Made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous.

Explained well my options for treatment. I should have asked more questions which I now have.

Met him as the Urgent Care Dr. He was very professional and correctly diagnosed my ruptured Achilles’ tendon. We have both had previous Achilles ruptures, so discussing my options went well. I opted for surgery this time and I had the surgery yesterday. So far, so good. He ran into unexpected issues since the rupture was very close to the heal, and had to install pins in the heal to attach the tendon.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Dr. Daines put me at ease and worked efficiently. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend his practice to others. All my questions were answered and my problem addressed to my full satisfaction.

Dr Daines demonstrates a great bedside manner and explains things that you can understand. I would recommend him to anyone with foot issue/injury.

It was quick, thorough, Dr. Daines wad very clear on his findings and he explained it very well. I really enjoyed meeting him and receiving care from him and his team! Thank you.

Because he failed to do a simple ultrasound before releasing me back to work I had to endure 5 months of pain, swelling, and heat in ankle until it became unbearable snd by then the hardware he put in my ankle had shredded one tendon 50% and the other 40%. If you have hardware put in for broken bones, insist they do an ultrasound before releasing you, or you could end up like me losing 6 months of work, pay, benefits not to mention another painful surgery, physical therapy and my ankle may never be right again.

The appointment went well and Dr. Daines did a good job but the Dr prescribed a medicine that didn’t get sent to my pharmacy. I had to call back to get it sent and they said the Dr didn’t write it in the order for the nurse to call in. We got it fixed but I wasn’t able to start the medicine when I wanted to.

Dr Daines is very affable and we talked about my foot condition thoroughly and we agreed on a shot term treatment and a long term plan. He left the decisions in my hands and I was pleased.

Check-in was quick and simple. Did not wait but a couple of minutes, not even to get X-rays. Resident was kind and knowledgeable as was Dr. Daines himself. Took time to explain what was wrong and options on different treatments. Thank you!

Dr Daines gave me a thorough examination and then we discussed what was next in my treatment. He was concerned and caring about my lifestyle and the difficulties I had been experiencing. I would definitely recommend him!

He was hands down at knowing where the pain was. And then wrote a prescription for the recovery.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so friendly & so helpful with my situation.

Nurses were excellent - dr. Assistant was top notch - Dr.Daines did a excellent job .

listened to me checked out my problem then explained opinions and side effects then his recommendations. straight to the point,frindly. and seemed more concerned about me than the money he'd make treating me.

Office was very busy, but run very efficiently. Did not wait very long. Dr. Daines was patient and thorough and took time to answer my questions.

Took good care of me and got me in surgery to find my muscle tissue trapped between 2 bones and got it released. In recovery very happy he dealt with me being upset because I had been in pain for a year and was at the point of giving up because other doctors couldn't find the issue.

Dr. Daines did a fabulous job with my adolescent son. He carefully explained all the options and helped us decide on the appropriate course of treatment. During, treatment he was gentle.

I had a great experience at Tristate Orthopedics. It was my first visit. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I would describe the wait time as normal. Dr Daines explained the options for treatment clearly and I received treatment that day. It was an efficient visit. No complaints. I would recommend anyone to their office.

He was professional and promptly gave me a correct diagnosis. That was 10 years ago. My feet are still not hurting because of his diagnosis and solution.

Fast, friendly and informative. My foot pain issue was diagnosed and a treatment plan presented right away. I chose the treatment option that I felt was right for me and left with a return appointment just in case it did not fully resolve. I am very satisfied with my care

Dr Daines has performed 2 ankle/foot surgeries, and has treated countless other issues with my feet. He is always courteous, professional, friendly, and efficient. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, and works with me to find the best solution for me. My surgeries both had great outcomes! Thank you Dr Daines, for improving my quality of life!

Dr. Daines took my smashed ankle and made it whole again. Almost as good as it was before my accident. He has an excellent doctor/patient relationship. He has always made me feel as if all questions I asked were important and relevant.

Great doctor. Went over the x-rays with me, showing me a fracture in a bone in my left foot. Answered my questions well, although he had already explained things so well, I did not have many.

They got me in really quick and did my procedure the same day!

Dr Daines is great! However, the insurance billing people at this office are rude and terrible! We end up having to do the leg work to get claims paid.
