Very kind and caring staff. Dr Paul Diadone is great. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to friends. Medical assistant and receptionist are wonderful and helpful.

Dr Daidone works for Eureka Springs Hospital now and so glad he does. He has a new clinic in Holiday Island. I am happy that he is here helping our community

The staff is by far the worst I've ever encountered, they constantly change my appt and I'm there for hours, one lady with a tattoo behind her ear is probably the most disgusting and rude individuals I've encountered. Not only that the wait is always around four hours. The doctor is amazing, the staff is terrible.

This place has got to be one of the WORST "pain management" clinics I have had to deal with. They won't even give me claim info on a family member so I can get reimbursed from my insurance. The owner will not return calls and the staff is beyond rude. #1 most awful Pill Mill, yes, pill mill. And why are patients failing drug tests multiple times and still allowed to return? Caring staff

I have been going to Dr Daidone for about a year and a half he is very caring of his patients. If I have any questions he will set and answer any of my questions that I have. Several years ago my older brother went to him and the Dr diagnosed him with some stuff that saved his life and Dr Daidone remembered him and the disease that he has I was very impressed. First off he is a pill mill. If you are looking for opiates,narcotics,steroids,benzodiazepines, pretty much anything that is a scheduled drug then you have found the right doctor. If you are looking for someone to truly help you then he is the wrong doctor but if you are looking for pain medicine and pain control just make sure you know what you're doing because he will give you enough overdose your self. He also overcharges your insurance company for procedures he has never done!

Very unprofessional. The office staff hung up on me several times. They told me getting my MRI was my job then got in the middle of it telling me my insurance company said I had been "bothering them". Then when I did schedule the MRI, they said I could not get my meds till the MRI was complete. His office manager needs to treat people with respect. And she should lay off the pills. She seriously can't even speak in complete sentences. I've seen Dr. Daidone in the past and stopped going because I had a new baby who was born at 26 weeks...(pretty good reason I think) But I am trying to get off my narcotics now and he doesn't want to see me because I'm trying to come off instead of stay doped up and make his hole in the wall clinic any money. Dude was nice enough if you needed drugs legally, but his office manager needs a good slap in the mouth. Just be as nice as you can to her, it eats her ass alive!! Visit was actually quick and painless (no pun intended). lol. But all in all he actually listened to what I have to say and worked with me without seeming rushed or impatient.

Very kind, caring, and non-judgmental. Dr. PAUL is a good doctor. Office staff our nice and nurse are kind. Very understanding doctor and nurses.
