Dr Cook is a great doctor and a compassionate soul. He's treated my wife for years and thankful for his expertise and demeanor. Strongly recommend his services.

Excellent at diagnosing source of pain, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, answers questions, highly skilled at injections, very helpful recommendations. Have seen him for over two years and have high level of trust with this doctor.

Time Management is a huge and acknowledged problem for this office. The appointment was booked 2 months out, and then when I turned up I had to wait about 2.5 hrs for Dr Cooke. The procedure I subsequently had was booked easily, but I had learned my lesson, and arrived only 30 min prior to my procedure rather than the 60min recommended; which was good, as he was running late again. He seems like a caring physician, and answered all my questions, but because his eye contact is not good and he tends to look down a lot, he can be a little difficult to hear at times. It took a long time to find who I consider the best physiatrist in the North East. Dr Cooke is a perfectionist with warm bedside manner. He's top notch!

I've had numerous visits with Dr. Cooke, including for several procedures. He's talked to me patiently, clearly and in detail in connection with each visit, and my medical options and next steps. His decisions have been correct each time and I've had significant improvement after each visit/procedure. I wouldn't have returned for so many visits had my experience been otherwise. I'd give him top grades in every category. Satisfied patient!
