Too bad I can't give zero stars. My mother and father have been patients of Dr. Bradley for over 30 years. My father saw him until his death, and considered Dr. Bradley a friend. My mother is 87 years old and has serious arthritis that has made her back totally twisted out of place. Doctor Bradley has continuously gave her nothing but pain pills. Recently he switched her from Oxycodone to Morphine. After going out of town, my mother was left without a prescription for her medicine. When Dr. Bradley called it after 4 days, it was a dose so high the pharmacy refused to fill it as it "would kill her". My poor mother called them daily and even went to the office twice. The office staff was rude. The charge nurse refused to call her back. The pharmacy and the hospital both told my mother that they are always having problems with Dr. Bradley's office. If he wants to retire, he needs to do so instead of pawning off his patients on PAs that obviously don't know what the other is doing, as a rude and lazy staff. Savannah is a BIG town. Find somebody else. This place is horrible.

My mother is a senior patient of Dr. Bradley. Has been since I was a kid. Even my grandmother was a patient of his until she passed away in 1997. That alone should tell you the history my family has with him. Over the years, he transitioned everyone to see his PAs more than him. Since PA Briana is out on maternity leave, my mother saw PA Gage. He was nice but the intake nurse of his has a certain problem. She was rude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I can’t remember her name but she’s black, light-skinned with long wavy hair down her back, and slim-sized. She also has tattoos on the back of her arm near her elbow. I sat in the room with my mother and she asked her questions about a form she had to sign. She did not answer any of them. She didn’t say a word. Dead silence. These were serious questions about her health. The one question she did answer was if she was new. She replied saying “Not really, I been here since April” Y’all need to check her and almost everyone at the front desk. They all have attitude problems except for the one man next to the left door. Also, y’all need to be more considerate of senior patients with technology. They’re not always tech-savvy and sometimes come alone without someone who can assist them.

I have been receiving a bill for services I didn't receive from the office of Dr. Bradley and letters from a collection service for said bill. The person that did see Dr. Bradley has the same first and last name as mine. I don't know if the collection service just sends out letters to anyone with the same first and last name or what. I did speak with Privia Medical Group of Georgia the company that sends out bills for the doctor's office and was told any wrong patent information would have been generated by the Doctor's. staff. If you plan on using this facility, you better hope the Doctors are better at what they do because the billing department apparently does not!!!!!!

He is absolutely the best! My family and I have been patients for many years! Sometimes you do have to wait, but you know that the same care and attention will be given to you. Recent improvements in contacting personnel to leave information or get same has been improved. Thankful and blessed to be a patient of Dr. Bradley.

The office is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting. They staff isn’t friendly. I’ve wait to wait an excessive amount of time every time I’ve been there.

Dr. Bradley is simply the best there is. Always makes you feel like you are his only patient. I have been going there for 20+ years.

Let me begin by saying that I have a multitude of illnesses and due to a medication I have gained an immense amount of weight. Not from diet or any other method. Im only able to eat two of the healthiest foods because of dietary issues. One of my issues that I've dealt with since I was 13 is Bulimia. Dr. Bradley was made aware of this. That being said my weight is an extremely sensitive subject and I have fought the urges the last 5 years. Due to how strongly and long Dr. Bradley continued to talk solely about my weight I lost my battle. I left the office bawling my eyes out. Word to the Wise: If you have ANY weight issues, that you aren't looking to be addresaed, go see someone else. If weight is the reason you need to be seen then he is perfect for you. Awful.

As with the reviewer on June 19th 2017, I too have been with Dr Bradley since he's been a Doctor. He's been a very knowledgeable, caring, humorous professional. The same can be said about the rest of his health care personnel. He's now seeing my wife, daughter and son. The reaction my wife had after the first visit said it all. Now she too is a life long fan of his. He's not only my primary care, he has become my friend. I've never regretted my choice. And I suspect no one else has either.

What a Great man and Doctor. He has a bedside maner than any Doctor I know and believe me I have seen many many doctors. I am a person with very many physical problem. He has done every thing I have ever asked. Patrick

This is a great Doctor that has wonderful bedside manners! He also cares about the total person! I appreciate all he has done in my weight loss journey and beyond!

I have been seeing Dr Bradley for years. He treats you like a person not a number. I have recommended him to friends and family and they all love him.

Through the years of building a practice, to becoming a nationally recognized medical professional, Dr Bradley has never lost his focus on his patients. He has provided personalized care with professionalism, empathy, and even humor, always treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable medical professional, or a doctor more interested in his patients' care.
