This was my first visit to Dr Binon's office. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional.

Normally, I feel like a pig going to slaughter when visiting a dentist office - LOL! However, I found that Dr. Binon and his staff were warm and courteous. Nothing to be afraid of - LOL!

I am so thankful for the gentle care I was given. Due to childhood accident I have been in far too many dental chairs, more than most people. I typically feel very anxious.i felt calm here. No alarming comments were spoken during exam. Dr. Binon listens; has a light touch and the vast extent of his knowledge , combined with his uplifting, strong energy, made me feel safe and understood. He does not rush . I felt that Dr. Binon responded to both what I said and did not say. He is perceptive. It is rare to come across a truly dedicated healer and authentically present, gifted human being.This office is pristine, the staff like Dr.Binon, go the extra mile, which creates a good atmosphere during the appointment. I came away feeling better not worse ! I highly recommend Dr. Binon -Five stars are too few.

It was a nightmare dealing with this dentist, he said that his vision its bad, that he can't see very good that he couldn't create a good denture after trying 3 times and lying every time that it was a new denture but it wasn't, he took me for a fool; He took advantage of an old lovely senior citizen and at the same charge me $$$$$$$$$$$$ Shame on you!!! It's time to retire !!!

A+ service all around every time.

Nice visit and will follow up this coming week with fixing my tooth!

A caring dentist with an excellent staff.

Dr.Binon and his staff went above an beyond. They listen to your needs an explain in detail on the procedure that needs to be done. Clean office and they all truly care! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be cared for like family!!

Dr. Binon is a caring orthodontist who does amazing work. He makes sure his patients are comfortable. He truly cares about every patient.He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. My wife went here to get care. While Dr. Binon is very kind and compassionate, he couldn't seem to remember from visit to visit anything that had been discussed before. 3 times in the last visit she had to remind them about an allergy she has because they couldn't remember and would have caused anaphylaxis. He did a repair for her that didn't last 24 hours. Between that and the constantly having to remind them about allergies, we decided to not pursue further care here. After contacting them about a refund for the repair work that wasn't done properly, Jo at the front desk was extremely rude and nasty. She also claimed the charges were for work that was not performed (do you guys even take notes about anything?). We also received a letter from them to find a different care provider, which I found extra amusing as their incompetence was fairly frightening and had already caused us to move on. I actually really like Dr. Binon - as a person. He is very kind and incredibly empathetic. When I first met him he was concerned about treating me because of my health issues (which I understood), but at the same time I needed (still need) dental work done as I am in pain. I saw him 3 times and the second and third time I saw him, it was as if he didn't remember anything about me or my file. He was HIGHLY recommended to me by numerous people including my mother-in-law; for not just general dentistry but dentures, bridges and more. I am disappointed with their service - I went to his office three times and nothing got done. On my last visit he repaired a permanent retainer (that I had managed to never break for over 22 years! - and his fix broke in less than 24 hrs). In his defense, I was refunded for the cost of the repair. Another issue I ran across is with latex; I'm allergic to latex and during my last visit I had to remind them (during a bout of aphasia) THREE times that I was allergic! Either way, in the end, I brought it up with the front desk about my disappointment and worry in regards to the latex issue (and the retainer breaking) - I had a delayed allergic reaction (my tongue swelled that day and stayed swollen for 3 days) - I can only assume it was because latex gloves were put on near my person (3x) and hands were not washed afterwards. They did not seem to like that I complained because once I brought up my concerns the attitude of the people in the office changed - Joe's interactions with me were not "rude" per se, but were not kind or patient either. I felt left behind and dismissed. No one apologized - fine. But I did nothing wrong; then, I received a letter in the mail telling me to find another dentist; dismissive, hurtful and rude. Not gonna lie - I was already looking for another dentist that had a latex-free facility... Still - being dropped as a patient because of mistakes made by them seems very unfair. I am giving him 3 stars because I think he is a kind man, our doctor-patient relationship just didn't work out. From what I "hear" he has done great work. Was very happy with Dr. Binon and his staff. They were very professional and friendly. I have just started this process with Dr. Binon and his staff and look forward to the end results. So far, would highly recommend his office and services to anyone that would ask.

Dr. Binon and his team have given my wife and I great confidence in their ability to provide the finest care for the best outcome. They are very professional, yet caring and kind. A perfect combination.

Dr Binon has been my dentist for over 20 years. I continue to see Dr Binon because of his kindness and professionalism. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I will continue going to Dr Binon when the time comes for me to get dentures and beyond…..!!!

We went just for a consultation, but Dr. Binon wanted to start taking X-rays and impressions. When we asked how much, he instantly became irritated and unfriendly. We relunctantly agreed to $320 to proceed. When we returned, he went over his findings (not very helpful) in a rushed, uninterested manner. Never went back. Responding to your response, this incident was with my wife Anna Lukyanova, she will be in your files. Your response distinctly reminds me of our encounter with you. Excellent Doctor and Staff!

I had a wonderful experience, very happy with Dr. Binon that he can help me. His staff is excellent also, thankyou so much.

As a cancer patient, I couldn’t find a team with the skills to handle my complex case. After 12 dentists, I was blessed to find cohesive team of professionals. Dr Binon, actually sat down with me and listened. He and his team are solid in every facet of complex dental cases.

I FELL ..... I called Dr. Binon's Office and once again they came to my rescue.... Because they needed to prepare for the removal of my bridge they had to create a copy of my bite to make a temporary for when my bridge was to be removed I love Dr Binon and ALL of his staff.... They truly work as ONE to make this tragic event, fixable.. Temporarily , for 2 weeks, I continue to wear my 'temporary bridge' making sure no problems should appear at the location of the injury before The New Bridge is ordered to be made. Always cautious, never hurried, Dr Binon's knowledge of creating beauty, comfort, and lasting-long term quality, makes my own comfort of knowing how fortunate I am to have found him a very long time ago I FELL ..... Once you meet Dr. Binon and his staff you know you have landed in the right place. We have just begun but our first appointment was just great. Sorry that Dr. Binon has to fix other dentists lack of dental knowledge of what they are doing but I am confident we are in the right place! Dr Binon and staff are great listeners and precise diagnosticians. Their commitment to my oral health is obvious from the questions they ask, to the work they do during my visit, to the recommendations they make for after-visit care. I trust their experience!

The staff at this office is extremely helpful and accommodating for handicapped patients. The dental care, whether cleaning by the hygienist or other procedures by Dr Binon himself is so thorough and very gentle. All work is explained in understandable terms. I would definitely recommend Dr Binon.

Excellent, caring, and gentle. About 4 years ago, Dr Binon (with Dr Pritski's surgical assistance) replaced a previous implant that had failed. Couldn't be happier with his work, or the follow-up care since. Excellent prosthodontist. Named by fellow dentists as one of the top prosthodontists in the Sacramento area.

I've been going to Dr. Binon's office for over a year now, my rating will always be five stars! I only wish I could award them more stars! It's hard to find the words that express adequately how wonderful Dr. Binon and his staff are and what a blessing they have been for me! I needed a full upper prosthesis and three lower molar implants. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. Good isn't good enough for Dr. Binon, who is widely recognized as a top leader in the field of Prosthodontics. His qualifications are exceeded only by his caring and dedication to his customers. I went to three other dental offices and had actually initiated a treatment plan with one of them before I found Dr. Binon. None of them put me at ease or made me feel confident about their services. The overriding feeling I had with all of them was that they were in it for the money and little else. I canceled the treatment plan with the last office and resumed my search when I saw the temporary upper denture they expected me to wear for six months: cheaply made, with child-size teeth and grey gums! It was absolutely hideous. I couldn't be happier that I did! The difference between Dr. Binon and the others was striking: the thoroughness of my consultation & examination, the level of detail of my treatment plan, the questions asked and focus on what I wanted, the friendliness of the staff... I knew immediately that Dr. Binon and his staff were the very best choice. And their price was right in line and competitive with the other quotes I received. Dr. Binon is an artist. The temporary denture he made for me was of very high quality, comfortable, and natural looking. My dentist was amazed to learn that it was only a temporary, he and his staff knew Dr. Binon, all acknowledged that his work is excellent. We picked out my teeth together. Dr. Binon chose teeth for me that resemble my natural teeth, and I approved everything: teeth size, shape, angle, positioning, gum color, etc. I had multiple "try-in" fittings to ensure that I was thrilled with the fit and appearance. The surgery was as positive an experience as one could possibly expect. The environment was pristine, I was made to feel pampered, the procedure was painless, and recovery was brief & much less painful than I expected. If you research Dr. Binon's surgeon Dr. Pritsky, you'll find that he too is among the best in California. I had dreaded and fretted over the surgery part of the process, and it turned out to be less painful and stressful than many lesser procedures I've had. If you're procrastinating because of the surgery, all I can say is, don't. My case was exceptionally difficult as I had massive bone loss in the upper jaw and I couldn't be fitted with the standard bar-mounted all-on-four denture. Dr. Binon hand-tailored a solution for me, it is made of the highest quality and most durable materials, and is absolutely beautiful. He and his staff have gone WAY above and beyond in every way to make my experience one of complete satisfaction. My wonderful technician Joyce, who has been with Dr. Binon for many years, is another reason I will never go to anyone else. Dr. Binon redid an implant that my former dentist totally blotched. It was a very long process because the damage was so severe, but I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Binon and his staff are great, very caring and always professional. I trust him completely and highly recommend him.

I finally found a dentist I feel I can totally trust. I've been waiting to exhale regarding my teeth and I am. Very nice and comfortable staff. Dr. Binon is personable and explains things very well.

Such a welcoming staff! They make you feel at home and Dr. Binon and his assistant do the best that they can. He does not stop until his patient's are satisfied. That being said, I've been to many doctors for consults and by far he is the best that I have come across. I highly recommend him.

I had excellent hygienist today. Gave me compliments on my oral hygiene and I actually am no longer afraid to go to dentist. Dr Binon and his staff are excellent people to work with. They treat you with lots of respect and care. Love coming here.

Dr. Binon is an excellent doctor. I'm so happy that he had been recommended to me. Over three years ago my previous dentist damaged my bite after an installation of two front crowns. My upper teeth and my bottom teeth didn't fit together very well anymore. As a result I started to clench my teeth at night. Every night I was waking up with sore teeth. I was examined by a few dentists but none of them were able to correctly diagnose the problem, let alone fix it. When I went to Dr. Binon, he examined my bite and created a diagnostic cast. Later he explained in detail what he was going to do. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He even sent me a letter explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment. And then, during just one appointment, he corrected my bite. I felt an improvement immediately. I stopped clenching my teeth and I do not need to use a night guard anymore. Dr. Binon scheduled a few extra appointments to check my bite and he made some minor adjustments. Dr. Binon's office is a very special place.
