This man was our family doctor for 20 plus years my mom worked with him as a nurse and so did I.he always took the time to sit down and talk to you very friendly very thorough I trusted this man with my medical life he is very missed since his retirement

Why bother setting appt. and confirm one if they can't be close to seeing you in a timely manner

Started using Dr. Behrmann in February of 2017 for our whole family. I have never had any issues with the front staff, and they have accommodated walk-in visits twice for lab work, once during lunch break so we wouldn't have to wait and return 45 minutes later. The nurses are very friendly, and Dr. Behrmann is very thorough.

Same as the other review.. poor office staff. Just had an argument with the person answering the phone there over something silly. Why spar with a customer like that? Dr Behrmann was great, but subsequent visits were with the physician assistant and she was less than helpful. It was almost comical since she could not glean from the notes what I was there for. Good doctor but he has the worse front office staff ever. My husband has new insurance which they would not verify today at his appointment time. He came home, we called to verify which took all of 30 seconds then he went back to the office and was told we don't make phone calls we don't have time for that. This is an office that is just after the money and their patients mean nothing to them. After 2 years of seeing this doctor we will be finding another office that cares about it's patients.
