Patti Ann Flint

I was VERY dissatisfied with the results of my 2014 abdominoplasty by Dr. Patti Flint. Other reviews say how nice the staff was and how Patti answered all their questions, but what about the results? I went back several times in the year and a half following my surgery and she superficially (and unsuccessfully) attempted to correct her mistakes. 2” long vertical scar, dog ears, huge bulge above my alien looking belly button. Dr. Flint refused to take responsibility, instead she said I had poor skin elasticity” and in her notes after one followup, states “tight skin shouldn’t be part of expected outcome”. Really? Finally, in 2021 and 2022 I had two surgeries with a different plastic surgeon who completely fixed everything, giving me an outstanding result, noting that he found the previous sutures (from Dr. Flint) were unraveled causing the 8cm diastasis rectus.

If you want the best go to Dr. Flint. My fiancé absolutely loves the outcome of her procedure. Dr. Flint was very straight forward, she is a perfectionist, just what my fiancé wanted. Highly recommend….

Dr. Flint refuses to see her patients who are not to vaccinate. This is discrimination! Oddly when I had my surgery (prior to covid) I was never asked about my vaccination status... ONLY the Covid vaccine matters.

I Dolores Hernandez had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck at this facility on 07/22/21 , I had 2 overnight staff nurses that took very good care of me and I would like to recognize them for an awesome job Jennifer H , Kerry D thank you for making me feel comfortable .

The worst experience I had ever. The receptionist took out my drain tube. Told me to take a deep breath and yanked it out. I had to go to another doctor for him to redo it all. And she was out side the room I was in talking to this receptionist smack about me. Wow

She did a chemical peel on my face while doing another procedure and left a deep scar on my face. She supposedly doesn’t do them anymore under sedation but for me that’s little constellation. It’s been several years and the deep nasty scar remains. After the procedure all she suggested was to wear makeup and that should cover it up. She also suggested I go to another dr to help with the scar and she told me it would cost me a lot of money which after spending $20,000 with her I had none left. I went to Dr. Flint 3 years ago for a breast lift. They suggested a small implant to give my breast some fullness because sometimes with just a lift after a year or 2 the breast might look a little deflated. I opted for the implants which now I wish I never did! I was not told of any complications from implants. I was told the new Silicone ones I was getting were safe. Even if they crack they will not leak. My breast looked fine, but now I am having some pain and a small lump in the left breast and my right breast is smaller which can indicate a leak. I went for a sonogram 2 times and then decided to go to Ironwood cancer center for a consult just to make sure everything was OK. The DR there suggested an MRI. She informed me that an MRI should be done after 3 years of an implant and then every 2 years after. I called Flints office and was told Dr, Flint suggest an MRI after 10 year!!! I went on the website for the implants that I have, Here is what it says. What should I know before getting breast implants? Breast implants are not lifetime devices, and not necessarily a one-time surgery. Many of the changes to your breasts following implantation cannot be undone. If you later choose to have your implant(s) removed and not replaced, you may experience unacceptable dimpling, puckering, wrinkling, or other cosmetic changes of the breast, which may be permanent. Breast implants may affect your ability to breast-feed, either by reducing or eliminating milk production. Rupture of a silicone-filled breast implant is most often silent and may not be detected by you or your doctor. You should have an MRI 3 years after your surgery and then every 2 years after that for as long as you have your breast implants to determine if rupture is present. If implant rupture is noted on an MRI, you should have the implant removed, with or without replacement. With breast implants, a routine screening mammography and self-examinations for breast cancer will be more difficult. Ask your doctor to help you distinguish the implant from your breast tissue. Symptoms of a ruptured implant may be hard knots or lumps surrounding the implant or in the armpit, change or loss of size or shape of the breast or implant, pain, tingling, swelling, numbness, burning, or hardening. Tell your doctor of these symptoms and remove ruptured implants. Inform any other doctor who treats you of the presence of your implants to minimize the risk of damage to the implants. This should be fully explained at your consult. I am looking into getting my implants removed but not by Flint. It’s Saturday morning. I called the office number and the answering service forwarded my request to speak with a nurse. Within five minutes Dr. Flint herself called me back. My wife experienced pain in one of her breasts much more so than in the other and we were concerned. The conversation alleviated the concern and worry and allowed us to have a stress free weekend. My wife’s surgery, a remove and replace, presented more of a challenge due to the presence of heavy scar tissue and extremely thin skin at age 78. A previous consultation with another local surgeon proved fruitless. A doctor with vast experience who was completely negative from the onset. We were devastated. Then we met Dr. Flint and her staff and our world went from darkness to light. She showed no hesitation whatsoever. Just a great positive attitude. I had an awful experience with plastic surgeon Patti Flint and her aesthetician Angella. Patti and her aesthetician claim to remove tattoos with their micro needling machine. This is not the case!! This is a complete waste of your time and money!! It costs $200 per treatment. Typically you need around 3 treatments waiting a period of 3-4 weeks in between. I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Flint. I haven't been able to stop talking about it since my surgery. Last year when I initially wanted to have surgery was not a good time at all and my dad urged me to wait until I was in a better place personally in my life and professionally. It would have compromised a lot. So I took his advice and waited and Dr. Flint's office was far more gracious and understanding to my particular situation than most doctor's would have been. We stay in touch and I realized how much Dr. Flint's office values their relationship with her patients and isn't swayed by greed, as many in the field can be. She looks out for the best interest of her patients while using reasonable discernment in regards to her own profitability too. I had surgery in August and couldn't be happier with the results. My transformation represents more than physical, but a healing and emotional restoration only women who have gone through divorce can understand. (Not surprising that breast augmentations are the most common surgery for women post divorce.) After researching what seemed to be every board certified plastic surgeon, my husband and I felt confident in choosing Dr. Flint for my augmentation. She had amazing reviews and the pictures on her site proved she does amazing work. I was extremely nervous to take the next step and have a consultation. I was terrified of being put to sleep and having the procedure done. However, I have been unhappy for many years and really wanted to do this for myself. I was lied to, and when doctor flint made a mistake she tried to pretend she didn't see it when it was very obvious to other surgeons I consulted. Horrible bedside manner. Doesn't care about patients. You are a $ for her and that's it.

I had a mommy makeover about a year ago, which included breast lift and augmentation, liposuction of the flanks, abdominal muscle repair and tummy tuck. Dr. Flint did an amazing job on me, and I couldn’t ask for better results. She is very professional, and knows what she’s doing, so LISTEN TO HER! I followed all of her instructions, and it paid off, because my scars have faded to almost gone! I know part of my luck is genetic, but I also massaged them quite often (and still do), stayed away from smoking, drugs and alcohol and out of the sun (which can trap pigments in your scars when they are healing). Take care of yourself. Stay in bed after the surgery until cleared. Follow the doctor’s orders and with Patti’s help, you will achieve the best results possible! I wanted to give praise and a huge thank you for Dr. Flint. I just recently had rhinoplasty and a deviated septum correctly. First, let me tell you about myself. I am terrified of needles and pain. But, who really likes that? I have been talking to Dr. Flint about this issue for over 6 yrs and I finally did it. She was patient, caring and explained as much as I could handle (don't care for blood either) on the procedure. I went into Greenbaum Surgery Center (almost a hotel, which amazing staff). The worst part about this surgery was the IV (remember, I hate needles). There was very little pain and discomfort. I just felt like I had a bad head cold. That's really all. I had a saline implant breast augmentation about 15 years ago. I had begun working out seriously about 5 years ago and really firmed up all loose skin, especially in my chest. My implants began to feel hard so I looked for a local Dr. to change them out for me. Other Doctors were happy to do the surgery, saying I would have no problems. Dr. Flint told me I didn't have much excess skin to stretch for the implants without looking like a shelf. She was the only surgeon to recommend strattice. This would allow my skin to hold the weight of the implant and give me a natural look and feel. She was so right, my new breast look real and natural. Dr. Flint took the extra care I needed to make sure my outcome was the best for me and my situation. The extra cost of the strattice was well worth it. My experience with Dr. Patti Flint has been beyond exceptional! I was extremely worried about any health risks of my ruptured implant. Of course, there was also a concern about the physical appearance post surgery. Dr. Flint's knowledge, expertise and care helped me get through a lot of uncertainties. Her entire staff was very accommodating to my busy schedule and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The information booklet that was given to me during my pre-op appointment was so handy! It served as a good reference, especially when surgery can be overwhelming. The surgery turned out better that I expected! I waited nearly 20 yrs to invest in myself and have the "surgery of my dreams." When I FINALLY made the decision, I visited MANY doctors, no one, and I mean,, NO ONE compared to Patti Flint. INSTANTLY I knew she strived to ensure that I was FULLY educated about the plastic surgery procedures I was inquiring about. I went to 3 other consults with other docs and although she was the only one that charged a fee for it she was the only one who gave a physical and measurements and took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't just look at me real quick and have her staff spit out some prices and send me on my way. I was most comfortable with Dr. flint, as she took a lot of time to respond and explain all the questions i had. afterwards, there was no pressure from her office to make a decision. I went in to consult w/ Dr. Flint and I immediately felt comfortable. Her staff was very nice and not over bearing. I decided to have the eye lift surgery (to remove excess skin from eyelids -I forgot the technical name :-) ) and I could not be happier with my results. The day of the surgery was so easy and I never even took one pain pill, nor one advil, just used a lot of ice. All my follow up visits were WONDERFUL and I am so happy with my results.. I can't say enough about Dr. Flint and her staff! When I decided to start the process of looking for a doctor for my "mommy makeover", I was completely nervous and overwhelmed. When I met Dr. Flint for my consultation, her confidence, knowledge in answering my questions and knowing that she could provide me with what I wanted made me feel relaxed and at ease immediately. I had a consultation with her, she spent 45 minutes with me, explaining everything and answering all my questions. I knew I wanted to move forward, I did get a 2nd opinion, exact same cost, that experience was short, awkward and the office looked like it hadn't been updated since 1970. Surgery was a breeze and recovery was easier than I ever imagined.
