I have been a patient of Dr. Voswinkel since 2013. As a nurse, I have had lot of encounters with many doctors and I can honestly say he is one of the best. He has a very good personality and very professional at his job. He takes time to listen and involves you in decision making. He is also very experience and his treatment plan always work for me. Being a cancer survivor, I have seen my fair share of doctor's. Dr. Voswinkel is one of the best I have ever had. Not only is he thoroughly informed, his bedside manor is exactly what I need from a physician. He listens, takes notes, asked questions, and then offers his suggestions/diagnosis. And his staff is always very kind and attentive while I am there. We moved away 8 years ago and when we moved back three years ago, we went right back to his practice. Everything was good.

Dr. Voswinkel has been my doctor since he worked with Dr. Dedo in Lilburn, many years ago. I like the office's use of technology. I can request a refill on the patient port. I can also access my test results. Dr. Voswinkel listens to his patients. He explains things in a clear way so I can understand. I don't know what's up with the negative reviews, but he and his staff are wonderful. Yes, as his practice has grown, I can't always see him when I'd like. He has a large practice and he can't see the whole world at one time. You can ask if there's a cancellation, to let you know. But come on. These negative views aren't what I've seen over the years. I am the kind of patient who likes to partner with my doctor concerning my health. Dr. Voswinkel really listens to me. He allows a dialogue about my health and my options. He is very patient with me. I never feel like he is rushing to get to another patient. The thing I like most about Dr. Voswinkel is that he is very knowledgeable. His office staff works well and they have always been responsive to me. The reason why I have given Dr. Voswinkel 5 stars is because I trust him. I love Dr. Voswinkel.He has been my doctor since I have been living in Ga.I find him to very considerate and patient with me. Don't just run out of the room with out answer your questions

I went in without an appointment me and they were able to squeeze me in thankfully. I thought I was going to lose my eye! They were also very reasonably priced, and this is coming from someone with no health insurance. I don't know why the ratings are so low Dr. Voswinkle has been my family's doctor for a while because we love him and his office. And Dr. Duvall is just as wonderful! Highly recommend them!! Dr. Voswinkel is excellent, he takes time to examine you and discuss his findings. I have never been to a physician so thorough

There isn't a less start than this. If there was I would have given that. Absolutely bad support staff and billing discrepancies. Take down wrong addresses. There are junior doctors who are not sure how to determine dosage of a medicine so they will advise you to test every month. Blood work and support nurses are pathetic.
