Dr. Ortiz is an absolutely amazing and gifted chiropractor. I’ve been to many chiropractors, and by far, Dr. Ortiz’s skills are unparalleled. He had me out of excruciating pain within two visits! The staff at St. Germain Chiropractic (Apopka ) are equally talented, always friendly, attentive and go out of their way to assist patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz for those in pain seeking thorough and exemplary chiropractic care.

Program is extreme diet about 500 cal day of egg or chicken and 3.5 oz low carb vegetables (broccoli spinach) that you have to prepare yourself. Have to weigh and measure food which is a pain. On this type diet I felt weak and confused. When stop diet will gain all weight back quickly and do feel better. Can do this diet on own with out paying the high fee.
