Nooooo! Just received the notice that Dr. Patrick Plummer is retiring! Really sorry to hear this! And really love the girls in his office!!! All are great people and so very caring! Will miss them all! The Edmondson’s ????????

Dr. Plummer has a passion for his profession and patients. He listens and works with his patients as part of his team. Nice guy too!

My husband has been through 2 sleep studies in a month's time. He was supposed to be prescribed a cpap about 2 months ago. Every time he has called anyone he has been told the wait has to do with insurance. Today he was notified he has to do ANOTHER sleep study!!! Now the reason is that paperwork is incorrect. In addition to sleep apnea he has cardiac issued as well. This delay is dangerous for his health. I am not impressed with the so called professionalism of all involved.

Dr Plummer and his staff were great. Yes they are exceptionally busy and not easy to get in, but i would have rather have a Doctor in high demand than in low demand. Dr Plummer listens and shows he cares. I also love how lay back he comes across. I highly recommend him.

If I could rate the front office staff I would give them 5 stars because they are the ones who really helped me out. Dr. Plummer is a very busy man, being the areas only sleep specialist, so you will have to wait a long time for an appointment. No fault of his own, but when you do finally get your appointment, it feels very rushed, he interrupted me constantly when I was trying to explain my symptoms and ended up telling me it was my meds causing my sleep disturbances. The medication I am on is short acting, so my regular doctor told me to take it three times daily. He told me to take all of them at once in the morning. I listened to him, then had a checkup with my primary care physician who then informed me that is not how to take the medicine. Still had sleep problems, and I ended up using my medication wrong. All in all, I was very unsatisfied for the poor advice. When I called to relay the information about my medication, he told the receptionist to have me make an appointment (which would be in another month and a half) to discuss options. I was frustrated, and thank goodness my chiropractor recommended exercise and not eating before bed. Now I sleep like a baby. Hopefully I caught him on a bad day and maybe this was just a case of misinformation. Staff is friendly as long as they're getting what they want from you. But please do understand if you were down and you need them they will care nothing about you their only true patient is a dollar not quite sure if the staff doesn't relate to dr. Plumber that a patient may need something or if Dr Plummer just doesn't care patient for five years pay my bill on time every time but never truly felt comfortable. I'm a stable sleep apnea patient no changes from year to year my prescription for supplies had ran out why was out of town and they were not able to help me no sleep for a month no supplies. Dr. Plumber will abandon you and leave you stranded when you need him most. I have Seen dr. Plumber for more than 9 years when my prescription ran out for my CPAP supplies. I could not get in for my appointment because I was away due to business for 45 days with no supplies and unable to get into another provider. The front office assistant was rude un sympathetic I was unable to sleep or perform my job proficiently It's not about his patients it's about his dollars

Very interested in helping me with using my PAP machine. He took a lot of time explaining what I needed to do to be successful in treating my sleep apnea. His medical assistant is the BEST; she spent time with me before seeing the doctor to get information so he could help me with my problem.

I like Dr. Plummer, great guy. His office staff used to be a lot better. When you have to schedule 2 months or more in advance to get an appointment that his office requires you to do every year(not the insurance company - I called on this) there needs to be a couple more sleep doctors close by. He will spend time with you, unless his nurse feels you're taking too long and then she makes sure she interrupts and hustles you out the door, after paying of course.

staff is rude and was not carrying towards husband and now me...appts are to far out and they do not have enough time for amount of people that live here we need a another doctor Around here..

Listens to you and cares about your problem. Very knowledgeable and will spend time with you.
