PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if your insurance is contracted to this hospital, please know that there are other "ALTA HOSPITALS". (That's the company, I assume, that controls these hospitals). You would have to call your insurance provider at the customer service number listed on your insurance card provided to you. AGAIN...
