Literally insulting and rude, turned me away telling me he could not put lips on a beak and if you go to my profile Chris Tharp you will see I'm not the ugliest person in the world, just needed some lip fillers and botox

I couldn't ask for a better man or doctor to do my breast implants. I had also taken a bad hit to the left side of my face a month before hurricane Michael. He did both surgeries and did a great job.

Dr. Kelley removed some real deep wrinkles in my chin. I told him I wanted to look like A comfortable 70 year old. He did an outstanding job. Dr. Kelley is very much A perfectionist. He says he is an artist and yes, he is an artist. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Kelley for doing A great job.

He is a nice man with a great staff. However, he put breast implants in me. Immediately there after he told me I had an infection in my left breast. He never offered to put me on anabiotic‘s are to remove my left breast implant after a year and a half Passed. I got a staff infection then he removed both of my implants and refuses to put back any other implants

This is meant to be more informative than negative. Each doctor has something they do best. Dr. Kelley's is not lip filler, it was uneven, went back to get it corrected and it was over corrected so that one side is bigger. He has never done the corrective injection so I will not seek that and other doctors will not fix someone else's mistake. A bit heavy handed on forehead Botox but lower face filler is good. This was the second surgery that I had with dr. Dr Kelley. One was back in 2003 and then this year 2020. I appreciated his professionalism his excellence and skill and his support staff! Highly recommend

I had the quick lift and blepharoplasty last spring and couldn't be happier with the results. Experienced very little discomfort Dr.Patrick was very patient and informative, staff friendly and helpful.

Dr. Kelly is great. Looking for surgeon in PC don’t go anywhere else. I’ve done my research and Dr. Kelly is the best in town. I visited a lot of different doctors before finding Dr. Kelly. Some other doctors I just didn’t trust to do this surgery. Dr. Kelly put me at ease and sure enough I chose the right doctor!

Dr Kelly is the best I have met. I had my breast augmentation redone and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend him and his staff are amazing. The surgery center was awesome and everything went as easy as an office visit. I absolutely love this Doctor. He gave me more information than I could ever even think of asking for. Dr Kelley is an extremely kind hearted surgeon that takes time to listen and and work together with you to achieve a healthy outcome for your needs. I would not consider another surgeon for the procedures he is working with me on. We are only almost half way finished, he encourages me that all will be fine, and that he is not going anywhere. It will be a long road he and I will have travelled together when all is finished, and my husband and I both would highly recommend Dr Kelley to anyone. I had reconstructive breast surgery after multiple past surgeries from an original bilateral breast mastectomy. I was disfigured and Dr. Kelly made me look like a woman again. I was amazed to see how he was able to take such deformities and create a normal looking breast. He repaired what another plastic surgeon left. I was very excited and not embarrassed anymore to be front of my husband. Dr. Kelly is a wonderful patient advocate. I am grateful.

Dr Kelley is my surgeon for reconstruction due to a double mastectomy. He has put my needs first and foremost. He has my best interest for healthy living at realm of what he wants to accomplish. I would not go to another. He takes his time and explains everything to me so that I know and understand so he and I can be on the same page. Dr Kelley is a very kind hearted and caring doctor that I would recommend to anyone.

I am still very pleased with the lower face lift I had more than 4 years ago. I also recovered very quickly at the time.

Outstanding! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the nice lady at the desk until I left after the sutures, I received top-notch treatment. I was a walk in, unexpected, because I had a surgery elsewhere. The wound was along my eyebrow so Dr Kelley was recommended. They made time for me even though his day was booked. Dr Kelley was fabulous. The ladies who prepped me and assisted were the greatest! I just can't say enough about the wonderful treatment I received! Thank you Dr Kelley and staff! Outstanding! The girls there were so helpful, and Dr. Kelley was so informative and all around the nicest Doctor I could have asked for. Just all around an amazing experience. ???? I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Kelly is a total professional. He takes time to listen and also explains procedures to be done in detail. Really makes one confident that the outcome will be as expected. I would certainly recommend him to our friends.

My mother had breast augmentation in 1993 from Dr. Kelley. In 1998 her left implant leaked and needed to be replaced so she paid Dr. Kelley to replace the implant. Then in 2010 her right breast implant leaked and she paid Dr. Kelley to replace that one. Now, 2013, her right implant is leaking again and she will have to pay again to have her implant replaced. She has had such a horrible experience she is refusing to make another appointment to have it replaced. I do not recommend anyone use this Dr. Kelley. She has to pay aprox $2500 every time she goes. I have had my implants since 1998 and never had a problem. I used Dr. Murphy in Denver CO and he is fantastic. My mother had breast augmentation in 1993 from Dr. Kelley. dr.kelley is a very talented surgeon who has many years of experience. i am a registered nurse and live in new york city, but i fly down to dr.kelley when i want a cosmetic procedure. he explains the procedure thoroughly and is meticulous in his pre-surgical, and post-surgical patient care. making sure that i am healing properly. dr. kelley does not manufacture the implants themselves, and so how can he be blamed in any way when they leak? it does not make sense. dr. kelley performed a facelift on me, and i look natural and fantastic. he has a very busy practice which speaks for itself! dr.kelley is a very talented surgeon who has many years of experience. i am a registered nurse and live in new york city, but i fly down to dr.kelley when i want a cosmetic procedure. he explains the procedure thoroughly and is meticulous … More
