Dr. Patrick Desmond Kavanagh

This is for the Home Care. The WORSE EVER! They do not show up when they are scheduled. They do not call back when waiting for a return call. Their follow up stinks, even when waiting to test reults! ! All around a horrible home care company to work with. I would never recommend them!

I spoke with Dr. Kavanaugh over Anthem's Live Heath Online. He seemed attentive and was helpful in treating a tick. In the end it saved me a trip to the urgent care center.

I had telemedicine with this doctor. Please don't count on his diagnosis, because it is wrong. He doesn't listen to you and make you rush and then just prescribe antibiotics!!!

I had telemedicine with this doctor due to current circumstances. It was a huge mistake. He is very cold and not listening to my symptom carefully and just prescribed antibiotics. I think I can be a doctor if he is a doctor by doing that kind of treatment. I went to other doctor and I found out Kavanagh's diagnosis was incorrect and the antibiotic he prescribed was not appropriate one either. He should not be a doctor if he acts like that. I am so angry how he treated and I had to pay to him even a cent!

I have to leave this review because how he did telemedicine was awful. He is not professional doctor. While I was asking questions, his cell was ringing constantly and doing something else so basically not listening to my condition. He is the worst doctor I ever seen in my life. Not compassionate and very cold. After this, I will never trust telemedicine again! He just prescribe antibiotics!!!! Be aware!!

This doctor doesn't take the time to treat his patients. Go elsewhere. He will only refer you else. Not smart enough to treat his own patients

The doctor's are very friendly and helpful, however the office staff, specifically the case managers are by far the worse. They treat patients like they are garbage, do not call patients back and yell at them. If these doctor's are infectious disease doctor's I would like to know how they can let a patient suffer with continuous infections for over a year. Office staff needs to be replaced with staff who actually care about patient care instead of their home life.
