Dr. Patrick Norris Grover

Wasted $50 of co-pay. The receiving desk was nice an effective. But the Dr acted as if he didn't have time, stayed across the room except fir the nanosecond he looked at my throat. (Which was sore) He did say they were very limited as to the services the Urgent Care can provide recommended the ER for anything other than a cold or cut finger.

As always, Dr Grover was quick and knew exactly what would help me get better! Thanks for not only being available for in house patients, but serving the virtual community as well! You are awesome!

He was very concerned of my injury...made sure I came back for assessment until healing was on the right road....very personal as was the staff....:)

Had fast and thorough service. He was patient and kind. I only wish the sight offered more insurance opportunities! I am feeling much better!

Dr Grover has always been top tier to me. My last appointment was a scare but he made sure I understood how important it was for me to seek further medical attention although he had done the best he could at the facility. I will forever be grateful for his love for his patients!!!

I had Dr Grover as my doctor exactly 3 years ago this week. I was extremely happy when he came into the room on Saturday. Three years ago he got me into the GI doctor across the street, the same day I saw him. I saw Dr Shore. He did a procedure the following day. If it wasn’t for Dr Grover, I would not have had my condition confirmed in such a timely manner. On Saturday, he was just as good as he was 3 years ago. He diagnosed and treated my condition well, again. I hope I don’t have to ever return to your facility, no offense, ????but if I do, I will request Dr Grover. He is the best!!!

Dr. Grover save my life twice. It’s good to know that believing and hope still in! Thank you God for you doctor Grover. You are an angel walking through earth. I visited him in 2022 and two days ago.

Awesome service and professionalism

Dr. Grover was very attentive, kind and patient. He listened to me and gave sound advice.

Dr. Grover is wonderful. Very personable and he made sure we knew everything that was going on. Very thorough.

Dr. Grover was very nice that day, and also very thorough! The nursing staff was also very nice! But EVERYONE at Roper St. Francis is very nice and helpful! We've been going to Roper St. Francis for a long time, and we will continue to come back!

My experiences with urgent care centers usually don't go very well mostly because of the doctors. It always felt like nothing got solved and i wasted my time. But I have to say that I'm super pleased with this center, especially Dr. Grover. He's very caring and takes his time to answer any questions that you may have. Recently visited Roper Express Care and saw Dr. Grover. He was kind, thorough and efficient. Excellent job.

Dr. Grover listened to my concerns and was empathetic. It has been a long time since I felt like I was actually being a “patient” and not just a body on a medical assembly line. What a refreshing change! Keep doing what you are doing Dr. Grover! It makes a difference to us!

Very prompt and caring service. I highly recommend.

I had very short wait time to be seen dr Grover diagnosed my problem quickly an rendered treatment in short order. Total time in an out was less than 45 minutes very pleased.

I saw Dr. Grover a few weeks ago and he seemed like he wanted to push me out the door. He barely listened to me for more than 2 minutes and was quick to just prescribe antibiotics and send me on my way. Today I am still not feeling better and having trouble breathing. I assumed this was related to my sickness from a couple of weeks ago since I never got better. He belittled me and made me feel stupid for going to him instead of the ER. He was rushing me and rushing so fast that even his own nurse had to ask me (the patient) what he said and what tests he wanted to order. I told her I would be happier to see someone else. She went out and told him and he came back in and raised his voice at me telling me I should have just gone to the ER but he could run test if I felt it was necessary. I said no thanks and told him he was difficult to deal with and that I’d like to leave. He then scoffed at me and said ok then and didn’t try to stop me. I can’t believe a doctor treated me this way.

Dr. Grover showed genuine interest in my medical issue and took time to listen to my input. He was also very personable.

Not good at all. The video did not work and I paid $59.00 for a 7 minute phone call for him to send me to the ER.

He was in the room for 15 seconds, did next to nothing to actually help the situation and I wound up in the ER the day after because of him having done nothing. I’ll never go back to this location. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

The visit was fine but it was definitely difficult to understand what my issue was without evaluation and I was given both an antibiotic and diflucan and ended up stopping antibiotic due to severe nausea and just taking the diflucan, I think the Diflucan worked which was nice. Doctor was profession. Issued medication where approx. A doctor that check as much as e quoude.

During two separate visits to the Roper St. Francis Express Care I was impressed by the level of care experienced. Dr. Patrick Grover is great communicator and caring physician.

During my visit, Dr. Grover was attentive, sympathetic and had obviously looked at my records before seeing me as he was familiar with my history. I hope I will see him again if I ever need to return to this urgent care site.

Dr. Grover diagnosed me with arthritis, which did not know I had. He was really awesome in the care he took of me! It does turn out, I have a herniated disc in Lumbar area and thanks to him being insistent on following up with regular doc l will now be following up with Neuro. Dr. Grover was excellent! He took time to talk with me about all of my questions and helped me come up with a game plan to help me feel better. I appreciate him taking time out of his day to help me when I came into the clinic for follow up work.

Dr. Grover and staff were exceptionally attentive and considerate during my early morning visit. Quick lab results gave us the answer and the treatment was called in to the local pharmacy right away. Definitely the urgent care to head to.

The process of registering and the professional staff, who were very friendly, was a well oiled process.
