Dr. Greany has been focused and attentive throughout my entire surgical experience. Two years ago, I came to him for a consultation for scar revision after a traumatic emergency ruptured appendectomy surgery. The initial surgery left me with a disfiguring 10 inch vertical abdominal scar. He was focused and attentive to all my questions during my first consultation. Dr. Greany has maintained an incredible bedside manner through each of my staged surgical procedures and has provided honesty, candor and focus when any one procedure is discussed and performed. In addition to giving every pro/con imaginable during each consultation, he listened to me and focused attentively on my questions and concerns. During my first surgery, he not only repaired my abdominal scarring but also found an underlying abdominal hernia; thereby, preventing a potentially catastrophic post-appendix surgical complication. I was very thankful for his diligence that day! Dr. Greany also goes beyond being a medical professional by showing his care and compassion through his follow-up calls and emails to ensure I was doing well post-op. The quality of his care is constant and he actually DOES all of his procedures. I always hate developing trust during a consultation with my doctor only to have staff members then show up and doing the actual work. That is a concerning trend in plastic surgery that is ridiculous and something I won't tolerate for my hard earned money. My experiences with Dr. Greaney over the past two years has been so positive that I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. He is an extremely gifted surgeon. He has not only helped me medically but has also helped me emotionally. As my disfiguring scar softens through my medical journey, my self-esteem grows. I am SO impressed with man. My name is Andrea Beaumonte. I am a two time, 16yr breast cancer survivor with the initial cancer diagnosis having been bilateral . During my second cancer treatment in 2019 which required a ten hour, bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction Dr. Greaney was my Plastic Surgeon and he practiced his expertise in concert with my surgeon effortlessly . His talent, his skill and his calm, caring approach to something so intense, intricate and critical allowed me to feel ease in a most terrifying and insecure time. Each visit to Dr. Greaney was warm, engaging, explanatory and professional. I greatly miss Dr. Greaney as he has moved to another hospital but he will continue to grow, teach and reach us all through his dedication to this very high calling medical craft. Andrea Beaumonte

Dr Greaney is wonderful. He is professional and very skilled. He explains everything beforehand. He has surgically closed my back 2 times after major spine surgery. Everything healed great and looks wonderful. He had to aspirate fluid from my back 2 times and I never felt a thing. He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very busy and is never hurried while he is with you at your appointment. I am so glad and very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Horrible experience! -I had to walk out of the consultation because I just got a very negative feeling from the Doctor and staff and situation. -Lena/Lina (lady at front desk/office manager) has the personality of a streetwalker (sorry). -I called to get help finding the office and the other lady who answered made a remark about appointment time even though the other lady who said it was okay to be 15 minutes late when I first called; I drove for an hour on i95 -Dr. Greaney refused to give me a consultation unless I signed a sheet about no guarantees of results for plastic surgery. -Doctor Greaney refused to give me a FREE consultation about plastic surgery unless I provided social security number and insurance info and all other information. -Doctor Greaney and office manger Lena refused to give me a consultation even though they knew I drove from far away and waited a month for the appointment and went through all of the trouble of getting there too including pay for parking. -I told them that they were unreasonable and I walked out. -It was VERY difficult and time consuming to find the office in maze of a buildings at Penn Medicine. -The office is very dark- no light. -Overly expensive parking. -They only give a lousy 10% discount on parking validation, and it still costs $20 for each visit. I have been coming to this office for years the staff is wonderful I love them like they are family. They are sensitive to your needs and very helpful if you have questions. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting area is so beautiful and the seating is comfortable.

Dr. Greaney and the staff are great! I had such bad scarring from my double mastectomy that I thought I would not be able to have reconstruction at all. Dr. Greaney walked me through the process, was very cautious to ensure everything went well, and thus far I have had great results. Dr. Greaney is a great plastic surgeon, the staff is wonderful, and the office has PT right there. So also a shout out to Richard DeMaria and the staff at Dynamic Rehabilitation as well.
