It was very nice to me

I was referred o Dr. Grablin for posable rotator cuff problem. I was able to see him quickly. He review my MRI and determined it was not my rotator cuff. He was very polite and professional.

One star is way too high for this guy. My mom (unfortunately) was a one-time patient of this sad excuse for a medical professional. She went to him for a broken ankle & had to ask to see her xrays. He spoke down to her like a child then this “doctor” had the audacity to tell her to HOP through the office if she wanted to see the xrays! He actually told her to hop on one foot with her broken ankle!! He neglected to tell her that she needed surgery ASAP (per her second opinion) & now she is forced to wait 12 weeks & just pray her ankle heals properly. There was never a call back for any follow up appointments, to inquire about pain, TO DISCUSS SURGERY, nothing! He has zero concern for his patients & should have his medical license revoked. Very good experience, examined my knee carefully and gave me a shot one week ago, and exercises to do. My knee felt better immediately, and continues to get better.

I was referred to Dr. Grablin by my Primary Physician. My knee was very painful like a tendinitis had occurred. So my Doctor sent me for a cortisone shot from Dr. Grablin. I won’t draw this out, he was rude, condescending, and uncompassionate. He told me my problem was me. I was 100 pounds overweight and I did this to myself because of what I’m putting in my mouth. Then he asked me how I let myself go? He gave me injections in both knees, neither injection worked . This experience was traumatic on so many levels. He not only manhandled me, but also claimed I don’t have labral tears in my shoulders that 3 other doctors know I have. I had a massive breakdown from the pain because of how he grabbed me…he also claimed the pain I was in was not real. If you want to be treated with any respect I don’t recommend him at all.

Awful doctor who has zero compassion for patients. He is rude, demeaning and talks down to patients. He asks no questions during the appointment nor gives any useful information. A total waste of time and money. He was fixated on asking the patient why they didn’t speak English well if this is America. Very poor manners.

Dr is rude, brash, demeaning and does not listen. Terrible manners, not sure how he is allowed to treat patients with his attitude.

Probably one of the most inept physicians ever had the misfortune of seeing. Totally misdiagnosed symptoms or just was too apathetic to seek out the true nature of the compliant and ensuing and excruciating pain. When pain evidenced in other shoulder, Dr. Grablin again ordered another X-Ray which showed nothing and hence totally ignored the symptom altogether. Forced to seek another orthopedic physician who ordered X-Rays AND MRI's on both shoulders. Results were torn rotator cuff tears in both shoulders. 2nd Orthopedic physician recommended appropriate procedure and follow up care unlike Dr. Grablin who essentially did absolutely nothing. Ruled and obnoxious no respect to the patient at all. I do not recommend this doctor

I have a very bad experience, my husband was waiting from 10am to 12pm and when I entered the consultation he asked for an interpreter in Spanish and the doctor answered with a very bad character that we were in America, ok I know very well in the country we are living in but that is not was correct. the doctor's name is Patrick Grablin

This doctor would not prescribe anything for post operative pain and told me to take alleve. They would not return my phone calls for a week and a half. When i had an appointment with him he yelled at me for asking questions. I have never felt so demeaning in my life. Choose someone else who cares and has a personality.

Terrible experience with the staff. Did not even get to see the Dr because the lady that handles insurance does not know what she is doing. They need to hire someone knowledgeable that knows how to process all different Insurance policies. She kept arguing that I had a type of policy that required a referral and authorization and I did not. She was not interested in figuring things out.... not even calling the Insurance to verify. They called me several times before my appointment to confirm and explain procedures never mentioned anything about insurance. They said I was all set, I get to the office and then they told me the doctor won’t see me without an authorization THAT I DID NOT NEED. Terrible experience with the staff. This doctor comes highly recommended. He did an amazing job with my knee replacement. He had me well informed on how to plan, prepare and complete my surgery.

Had a terrible experience. Arrived earlier than my appointment scheduled time, and ended up waiting around for an hour and a half before the doctor even showed up at the office. They had me come in 30 minutes before the office even opened and I had to sit in my car and wait for someone to show up and open the doors. Then when I finally did get to see the doctor it was for five minutes and he didn’t even explain anything to me. All he did was tell me to remove my sling after three days of being injured. Didn’t give me any explanation as to what I should do, or any kind of follow up treatment. Was very disappointed. Poor wait times and lack of communication. Arrived 3:15 for 3:30 appointment. Taken back at 3:50 where a medical assistant stumbled through questions and exited. I was in the room, door closed, for a solid hour! No one came in. I went to the front who acted like this was no big deal. I was there over 2+ hours with minimal communication. At the very least, a staff member should re-enter the room and communicate that it will be awhile longer, explain they are running behind - something. Finally, a tech came in to take me for an X-ray on my shoulder, which was a secondary concern. X-ray done before seeing a physician. When the doctor did come in, he asked a couple of questions & stated that by my description, my shoulder was not the source of discomfort & likely to be the lining of the lungs. (Perhaps that could have been discussed BEFORE the shoulder X-ray). I did not receive any answers to cause for condition or input on how to prevent reoccurrence of injury when I inquired. If you want a doctor who is direct and to the point, this doctor is. Nice office staff, and overall a good experience. Dr Grablin is to the point.

Dr Grablin has been compassionate and informative on all three of my visits. Gave a copy of exercises for me to do and went over them with me, having me perform them for complete understanding. Gives great knee injections,the best I have had over the years. Doesn't push surgery, told me I would be a good canidate for one, but will know when I am ready. I had a swollen knee for months and Dr. Grabblin identified the problem w/ an MRI. I had a ACL tear from years ago and a front to back meniscus tear. Within two weeks I had the surgery. No real pain associated with the surgery. Thank you Dr. Grabblin, for giving me my smile and knee cap back!

Dr. Grablin is T.O.P. - Top Orthopedic Physician - in our book! He saw me immediately - when the surgeon referred to us by our Primary Care Physician put me off for a month. Dr. Grablin performed the necessary surgery for torn tendons in my quadriceps the very next day. Not only is Dr. Grablin a skilled surgeon, he is compassionate, direct, and focuses on the patient.

Informative, good bedside manner. Gave me knee exercises and instructed how to and watched me perform them for complete understanding. Gives great knee injections, informative on condition. Does not push surgery, though a canadate for one.

Worst experience. He never really examined me and told me I am fine and just old. Also said I need to “suck it up” and that my pain was in my head. He literally walk out of the exam room and I had no clue if we were finished. I will now need to seek a second opinion and pay again. No bed side manner.

Only 4 stars because of the evil cortisone shot in my hip. Other than that, a very good experience. Front staff was very warm and friendly. I panicked a bit (well, a lot) when I found out about the shot. His nurse was very caring, as was Dr Grablin. I (51years old) was reduced to a crying 5 year old, but they helped me through it. I was embarrassed of how I acted but they were really cool and even made me forget about the pain, for a second, by making me laugh so hard I snorted????. So they do deserve 5 stars,,,,but,,,,the shot????. UPDATE. went back for my second visit and doctor was very condescending. Made me very uncomfortable. I'm not sure I would recommend him anymore. He was very attentive to my knee pain and trigger fingers.

Worst experience of my life. Had reverse shoulder replacement and 4 and a half years later I have to repeat the surgery fortunately with another surgeon. Rude man with no compassion.

The best doctor would recommend him talks to you and understands you when you explain your problems. Works with you on the best treatment and does it with out looking at a computer the whole visit.

dr patrick grablin is one of the finest physicians i have had the pleasure to meet. in his office or the operating room i get a felling or relief just seeing him there.

I am a local law enforcement officer. I have been seeing Dr. Grablin for years now. Every time I see him, in my eyes, he has diagnosed the problem correctly and given me the correct treatment. If it was not for Dr. Grablin I would not be able to continue with my career. Thank you so much Dr. You have saved my career multiple times!

Dr. Grablin is a no nonsense get to the problem doctor. He really cares about his patients and doesn't go straight to surgery. He gives you other options. I'm so happy I choose Dr. Patrick Grablin, I wouldn't go anywhere else. His staff is exceptional as well, extremely friendly and helpful. WALKING PAIN FREE! THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Grablin performed a partial knee replacement & the results were great! I was in so much pain before & now less than 2 months after surgery, I am totally healed & have no pain. You can't even see the scar. Wonderful doctor, highly recommend him.

I went in today for some knee pain. Dr. Grablin couldn't seem to be bothered by me and my symptoms. Simply looked at it and said "yeah it's swollen." He then told me to go back to physical activity when it feels better. No duh dude you don't need a medical degree to say that. After waiting an hour and half I left angry because he gave me no advice to relieve my pain. I understand if there's nothing you can do he could of at least offer me some pain management. After throwing a fit about no being helped he then offered an "instant cure that will relieve pain right away" of a cortisone shot. After agreeing he gave it To me. It did nothing, and when I told him his response was "if you don't feel better in a couple of weeks come back." At 20 years old I was treated like a 13 year old. I left there feeling so small, like i as a patient didn't matter the only thing that did was the copay. Long story short: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL DOCTOR!!!! Dr. Grablin did a partial knee replacement on me. After many years of using corisone treatments and even Simvasc, I am finally pain free. Dr. Grablin and his staff are wonderful and take the time to answer any questions that you or your loved ones may have. Dr. Grablin is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever had the good fortune to be treated by. While it is my hope that I never need his service again, I would recommend Dr. Grablin to anyone who might need his expertise.

I had a Miniscus tear and found Dr. Grablin and his staff extremely professional, helpful and competent. The treatment and surgery went very smooth and now I am pain free and aniticipate a full recovery as a result. Very disappointed in the care my 92-yr old mother received. Doctor lacked compassion, was not gentle with her pain issues and once the injection was done told us there was nothing to do but return to normal activities. In a matter of hours my mother lost feeling in the leg where the injection was made. I called the dr's office and was told that this had never happened before ad they weren't sure why it would happen. Two more hours and my mother could only use a wheel chair and porta potty because she couldn't support herself without the use of her leg. Again called; they blew me off saying that we needed to talk to our primary dr or take her to the emergency room. I told the nurse that one of the serious side effects of this injection was muscle weakness - he said they had never had this issue and to contact our primary care dr. Extremely disappointed with the sense of urgency an care demonstrated - would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone. Very disappointed in the care my 92-yr old mother received.
