I have had 13 surgeries on my foot by this man and would not recommend him for any type of surgery. While I was waiting in his office for stitch and pin removal after one of my surgeries, I heard him on the phone with his attorney discussing a case where he was being sued for a back surgery he had done previously and was making arrangements to settle out of court. This was 10 years ago and am shocked to see he is still practicing! Reminds me of Dr. Bell on The Resident on Fox 6, yikes...

I live in IL, was up in WI for Senior Softball Tourney. Met Dr Cummings in ER at Elmbrook Hosp. Tore Achilles bad. Dr Cummings spent quite sometime with me explaining injury and surgery process. Performed emergency surgery 4 hours after we spoke. All went well and on road to recovery. His followup visits were indepth and answered all questions I had.
