Would NEVER recommend this place for your children! Staff, nurses are super friendly but Dr. Connolly... not so much. My son has down syndrome & has seen over 20 doctors in his 11 years of life. He is scared of doctor offices & has a hard time with them. This was his first time meeting Dr. Connally & was very nervous. Dr. Connally was easily angered, frustrated and not patient with him at all. I thought he would have more patience with children since he is a Children's ENT. BUT I was wrong! Dr. Connolly suggested removing my sons tonsils to help with his sleeping disorder, but after meeting him for the first time & seeing him interact with my child, I refuse to let him perform surgery on him. I will continue to go to Dr. Slater at Austin Ear Clinic (who doesn't specialize in children) & is kind, friendly & trustworthy. Would NEVER recommend this place for your children! Highly recommend. Very good doctor and a very nice and caring men.

Dr. Connolly was amazing. I highly recommend him. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things and answering questions. Not pushy at all for surgeries. He put tubes in my daughters ears when she was almost 2 and we didn’t have any problems.

Dr Connolly is the best! He took great care of my daughter. He performed 2 procedures that were successful and changed my daughter's quality of life and sleep. I always felt comfortable and informed. He was patient and caring! Highly recommend!

Dr. Connolly is amazing. He's kind, he listens, the kids love him and he's a great physician. Great staff too!

My son has been in the care of Dr. Connelly for 13 years. He is respectful of my son, who has Down Syndrome. Dr. Connolly always has a conversation with my son, even when he was non verbal. Dr. Connolly usually has a conservative approach. I have appreciated the thoroughness and thoughtfulness with each situation we have dealt with over the years.

You cannot find a kinder, wiser, more compassionate physician than Dr. Connolly. I have known him for several years and now have the pleasure of calling him my son's ENT Doctor. Not only is he top notch, but his staff is as well. His nurse Jennifer is kind and experienced and has been by his side for many years. I highly recommend Children's ENT and Dr. Connolly and his staff. They will treat you like family. You cannot find a kinder, wiser, more compassionate physician than Dr. Connolly. Dr Connolly is amazing not only as a surgeon, but even with his bedside manner with kids. I have taken all 3 of my children to him (ear tubes, tonsils and adenoids, frenulectomy). He is very knowledgeable and discussed everything thoroughly. His memory is outstanding and he even remembered my other children's names when it had been years since we had seen him. I absolutely trust him and recommend him to anyone who asks for a referral.

I’m giving Dr. Connolly’s office a mixed review. He is great. His office, not so much. Short version – Don’t be late. The Good: Dr. Connolly Dr. Connolly is a great physician. He took great care of my toddler. He performed surgery to put in ear tubes when my child was just over 1 year old and did a fantastic job. My kid was having constant ear infections and the ear tubes worked very well. I would recommend Dr. Connolly to anyone. The Bad: Dr. Connolly’s Office Getting appointments are tough, and we had to schedule an appointment 2 months out (that was the soonest they could get us in). We had an appointment in the morning and were driving down from Cedar Park. We got stuck in traffic (imagine that in Austin). I called the office 10 minutes before our appointment time and told them we were running late. They advised me on the phone that if we were 15 minutes late they might reschedule our appointment. I told them that we were in traffic but would be there as soon as we could. We arrived 20 minutes late and were informed our appointment had been cancelled and we would have to reschedule. They would not let us see Dr. Connolly. I’m a single parent any my child is in daycare. I have to pay for the day of daycare whether or not my child shows up, and that’s not a big deal. However, to have my child not go to daycare for the day, then show up at Dr. Connolly’s office and be informed that our appointment had been cancelled because we were stuck in traffic was a slap in the face. It'll be interesting to see if we get a bill for it. They offered to reschedule. No thanks. We won't be going back to Dr. Connolly. I’m giving Dr. Connolly’s office a mixed review. He is great. Dr. Connolly has taken great care of our daughter. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and caring. We would highly recommend him!!
