Patrick Collins

My family’s and I have been with Dr Collins for 32 years. He is absolutely amazing. He has help us with every medical emergency or issue we have had with amazing results. We love doctor Collins.

I've had Dr. Collins as my primary physician since I was a newborn and now my daughter and husband are his patients. Our family trusts his knowledge and expertise and will be very sad to see him retire someday. The rest of the staff at Jamestown Primary Care is wonderful as well. They always try their best to get us in for an appointment when needed and are great with any questions or requests that we might have.
