Poor. Very unprofessional and dismissive of patient's experiences. Did not listen carefully to patients.

I was late, he called me directly and gave me directions until I found the place. Upon arrival he greeted by warmly in the lobby himself. Staff was kind and provided tea. Dr. Chau waited on me patiently to get tea and promptly led me to his office which had a large desk. I sat across from him at same level without barriers and was left me feeling very equal. Complete opposite of provider with God complex who isnt patient centered. . Took his time with health history. Visit lasted nearly 1hr and 30 mins as he took time carefully explaining treatment plan. Called in scripts right in front of me which usually drs pass off to their nurses or trained staff. Left feeling educated despite being an RN myself. Cash pay at very affordable price charged up front. Expressed up front he does not prescribe benzos which is fine because they will destroy your life despite you feeling amazing at first. Still have great non-addictive treatment that wont destroy my life and organs in the long term he ordered for acute anxiety. Really great experience. Highly reccomend. Thank you Dr. Chau! My experience with Dr. Patrick was amazing! He is a man of integrity, compassion and understanding. If you are experiencing turmoil he will help guide you to a rational path forward.
