Too busy for patients

Dr. Simon is too busy and has no time to see current patients. She does not see you if you are more than 5 minutes late (turns you away and charges you $25). We have been literally 6 minutes late and her front desk says sorry. However, we have waited on occasion over 20 minutes to see her. Unfortunately, changing orthodontists mid course is virtually impossible - you have to take the braces off. Her office is SO irritating with scheduling, I can't believe a service provider is this bad.
